Government Order no. 5 Dated. Whereas, no seniority list been issued by the department so 58 -HME of 2016 tll Whereas, a proposal of 73 Consultants of various disciplines in the Department of t-.teatih and Family Welfare was placed before the J&K Public Services Commission/DpC for their promotion/confirmation as Senior Consultant; and Whereas, vide Government Order No. 31S-HME of 2014 dated and vide Govt. Order No. 181-HME of 2015 dated , the following 49 Consultant of various disciplines have been promoted/confirmed as Senior Consultant in the Health and Family Welfare on the recommendation of J&K, Public Services Commission; and of Senior Consultants in various disciplines has far; and Whereas, the recommendations in respect of 24 Consultants for promotioni confirmation as senior Consultant in various disciplines have been withheld by the J&K public Services Commission for want of vigilance clearance/ integrity cerlificates; and Whereas, after considering the above it has become imperative.to update the seniority list of senior consultants and accordingly, it has been decided to issue a tentative seniority list and invite objections under rules from the concerned; and Whereas, the seniority of those Senior Consultants of various disciplines in wnose case recommendations regarding promotion/confirmation has been kept withheld by the J&K public Services Commission, their rightful position will be incorporated in the seniority list as and when their regularization orders are issued on the recommendations of the Public services commission; Now, therefore, the tentative seniority list of senior Consultants of various disciplines of Health and Family welfare Department is hereby issued as per Annexure to this order. The concerned officers have right to represent/appeal against the position assigned in the tentative seniority list to the Health and Medical E-ducation Department witfr supporting documents in case they feel aggrieved, within the stipulated Period of 10 days'
