It may de pend on the trees health go ing into this new sce nario, present tree watering and care prac tices, and weather vari ables in the fu ture. Colorado State Patrol (CSP) Trooper Bryan Wil - liams has been with the Pa trol for 23 years, with the past 15 served in a four-county area in south - east Colorado. There are a va ri ety of tote categories including literacy, so - cial/emo tional de vel op ment, math/sci ence, health, dra matic play, etc. The totes are avail able to take home and are a great way to in crease par ent child in ter ac - tion. The pro gram is funded by the Buell Foun da tion. The Early Child hood Coun cil would like to make the tote pro gram avail able to all com mu ni ties. Cur rently the totes are avail able at our pub lic li - braries.
