Mullion and Muntin (Mentor Program) In 2014, the Interior Design Program instituted a program called Mullions and Muntins. It was designed to gie new students someone to ask for help, to learn their way around school, and to sere as a mentor. A MULLION Big is assigned to the elders who hae been in the Interior Design Program for 4 quarters or more. A mullion in the Interior Design Program denotes that a student gets to become a role model to a new student entering into the program. As a mullion, students essentially become adisors throughout their time in college. It is a way for new students to feel secure by haing someone help them learn the ropes. Muntin Little In order to be a muntin a student would hae to be starting the Interior Design Program at SCTD and would be assigned a mullion from the department chair of the program. The bond between mullion and muntin is ery special and often times a lifetime friendship is forged. It has been a ery successful program and the elder Mullion students look forward to receiing their Muntin each fall quarter.
Marketing Our students find out about information happening in their , social media accounts and the board that hangs around our campus for campus happenings. Once a month we hae a local designer come speak to our students.
Branding Our students want to make sure the community knows who SCTD Campus Center is. Therefor we hae created a shire and half zip to wear to eents and make the community aware of who we are.
MARKETING
Future Outlook The last year was our biggest year we hae had since becoming a campus center. We hae always focused on how we can become close with each other, we are going to continue feeling of a family. We are hoping to grow our funds een more so we can gie back to our community een more the our last year. We hae hope that we hae and will inspire all of our students to be the best designer they can be. We are looking to continue to grow and put us on the map as a great, creatie campus center.
