29 Report to Donors Happens after gift is used Depending on size of gift and future of the relationship One-page follow-up letter with photos, numbers of people who attended, and impact on guests Multi-page report with details on mentoring program and specifics about event (prepares for future ask ) Coordinate with development/fundraising staff, if appropriate
