3 WSMA State Solo & Ensemble Festival University of Wisconsin - Green Bay May 4, 2018 GENERAL INFORMATION Sponsored by Wisconsin School Music Association and UW-Green Bay Music Program Festival Headquarters Festival Headquarters is located in the Administrative area of the Weidner Center Information General information is available in the Lobby of the Weidner Center. To locate a building, refer to the UW-Green Bay Concourse Map Please be aware that there is no concourse connecting the Weidner Center to the rest of the campus. Festival Schedule Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) created the schedule for this State Festival. WSMA did its very best to honor emergency time requests and avoid conflicts wherever possible. If conflicts remain, the largest group from within the same school should have priority. A Director may switch event performance times within their school's entries in a specific site by notifying the room monitor. Room monitors are instructed to refuse on-the-spot schedule requests by students. Only school music directors are authorized to make such requests. Please inform room monitors if delays are anticipated. Performers and teachers may not change rooms. Directors are asked to provide notification about any cancellations to the room monitor and Festival Headquarters. Warm-Up Rooms Each performance site has a specified warm-up space. Please use only the space assigned to your event. A list of site and warm-up room locations follows. Results Unofficial results will be posted continuously after 5:00 p.m. online at uwgb.edu/music and in the Weidner Center Foyer. School. Directors may pick up adjudication forms when their school s events are completed and the forms have been tabulated. Adjudication forms will be at Festival Headquarters. Forms that are not picked up will be mailed directly to the school by WSMA. Results are also posted at wsmamusic.org within 48 hours.
