Instead, we will visit some locations around campus to learn more about DePaul s heritage, history, and mission. Along the way meet current DePaul students and hear stories about how they bring the Vincentian mission to life. The tour will conclude with snacks, conversation and a chance to take your picture with Vinny or Louise! 3:00 5:00 Digital Media and the News Join NBC5 Chicago investigative reporting team Carol Marin and Don Moseley as they lead the panel discussion. On the freshly revitalized second floor, explore the possibilities of our new Maker Hub and Studio χ (CHI: Computing/Humanities Interface), a center launched last year to foster collaborative research and creative work that joins humanities questions with cutting-edge computing technologies. While you are welcome to explore the library during any open hours, refreshments, librarian led tours of the Maker Hub, and Special Collections access will be available from 10am- Noon on Saturday. The Director of Studio χ will be on hand during those hours as well. 10:30 am 4:00 pm DePaul Day at the Art Institute All students (and faculty and staff) with a valid DePaul ID will have free admission for themselves and as many guests as they want.
