8 WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT October 24, 2018 Minutes of Meeting Page FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Consideration of the Minutes of the Board of Supervisors Meeting Held on August 22, 2018 Mr. Huber presented the Minutes of the Board of Supervisors Meeting held on August 22, On a Motion by Mr. Gramling, seconded by Ms. Porter, with all in favor, the Board of Supervisors approved the minutes from the Board of Supervisors meeting held August 22, 2018, as presented, for Wiregrass Community Development District. FIFTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Consideration of Operation and Maintenance Expenditures for June, August and September 2018 On a Motion by Mr. Chandler, seconded by Ms. Porter, with all in favor, the Board of Supervisors approved the Operation and Maintenance Expenditures for June 2018 in the amount of $56,642.89, August 2018 in the amount of $41, and September 2018 in the amount of $41,804.51, for Wiregrass Community Development District. SIXTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Ratification of Legacy Blvd. Deed Mr. Huber presented the executed Deed for Legacy Blvd. to the Board of Supervisors. On a Motion by Ms. Porter, seconded by Mr. Chandler, with all in favor, the Board of Supervisors Ratified the Legacy Blvd. Deed, for Wiregrass Community Development District. SEVENTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Consideration of Contract for Professional District Services Mr. Huber presented the Contract for Professional District Services to the Board of Supervisors. On a Motion by Mr. Gramling, seconded by Mr. Chandler, with all in favor, the Board of Supervisors approved the Contract for Professional District Services, for Wiregrass Community Development District. EIGHTH ORDER OF BUSINESS A. District Counsel Not present and no report. B. District Engineer Not Present and no report C. District Manager Staff Reports

27 RESOLUTION A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT CANVASSING AND CERTIFYING THE RESULTS OF THE LANDOWNERS ELECTION OF SUPERVISORS HELD PURSUANT TO SECTION (2), FLORIDA STATUTES, AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Wiregrass Community Development District ( District ) is a local unit of special-purpose government created and existing pursuant to Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, being situated entirely within Pasco County, Florida; and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section (2), Florida Statutes, a landowners meeting is required to be held within 90 days of the District s creation and every two (2) years following the creation of the District for the purpose of electing supervisors of the District; and WHEREAS, such landowners meeting was held on November 28, 2018, and at which the below recited person was duly elected by virtue of the votes cast in his/her favor; and WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of the District, by means of this Resolution, desire to canvas the votes and declare and certify the results of said election. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE WIREGRASS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT: 1. ELECTION RESULTS. The following person is found, certified, and declared to have been duly elected as a Supervisor of and for the District, having been elected by the votes cast in his/her favor as shown: Seat 1 Votes 2. TERMS. In accordance with Section (2), Florida Statutes, and by virtue of the number of votes cast for the Supervisor, the above-named person is declared to have been elected for the following term of office: 4 Year Term 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. 1
