9 Facilities Protected by a Security in Depth Plan Two Security Rings: Outer Ring: Protected by Guard Staff Inner Ring: Protected by Access Control via Badging Inner Ring is for classified discussions Rooms: NSA Crane Club Conference Room No where else in the facility

10 Break and Lunchtime Procedures Break refreshments served in conference room Servers are cleared Box lunch to be served Servers are cleared No Smoking Feel free to leave the outer ring at any time, the same way you entered. Swap your badge for a photo ID when you leave Swap back when you return Both of these swaps are logged in a logbook Leaving for the day? Will turn in badge then No classified discussions in any other part of the Club; only inside the Inner Ring

12 Emergency Procedures Use all exits from the conference center All marks exits are in operation After resolution of emergency, enter again through registration

13 Electronics No laptops in audience All in-wall electronic ports are turned off All wireless capability has been turned off

14 Privacy Announcement During today s conference, the SSO Security (or representative) may monitor or seize any electronic devices or notes Attendance to the conference constitutes consent to examination, inspection, and search by authorized persons
