1 APPLICANT PACKAGE INSTRUCTIONS 1. Obtain a Six Part Folder, label the folder horizontally with your name (L Name, F Name MI), print all pages of this document, and file the documents in the folder according to the section break down. 2. Print, fill out, and/or obtain all required documents on the Applicant Checklist in their entirety then file them into their corresponding section. o o Complete Sections 1 3 independently; however, call to clarify any questions. Turn in a 90% package to move forward. Anything waiting on someone else s schedule is understandable (i.e. medical or SSO) Sections 4 6 will be completed upon receiving guidance from the CI/HUMINT Applicant Processing Section, after submitting your folder with Sections 1 3 completed for review. 3. Once all paperwork from the Applicant Checklist is obtained and completed, contact the CI/HUMINT Applicant Processing Section (APS) at (760) or (760) You will be instructed to scan and all documents to the APS Staff at 1stcihumintrecruiting@usmc.mil; then to deliver all of the original documents in the six part folder to the APS office inside building on Mainside, Camp Pendleton. NOTES: Section 1 The color photograph should be full length promotion board style photo through combat camera. Cpl will require a letter from your command stating the need for the photo. Sgt SSgt will require the height/weight verification letter. Both letters need to be signed by a 1stSgt, SgtMaj, XO, or CO. Ensure you get a physical copy of the photo to avoid waiting for the digital to post to OMPF. Section 1 You will receive the CI/HUMINT Screening Prep Form upon turning in your folder.
