8 BODYGUARD TRAINING PROGRAM EXTREME STRESS PROGRAM AND TACTICAL HOUSE This program is based on what was originally intended for the elite and specialized police, military forces. The mental tactical training as a training system in Hungary ILEA (International Law Enforcement Academy), better known as the FBI Academy was developed to prepare law enforcement professionals and soldiers. The design of the course began in 1999 to prepare a special care unit peacekeeping duties. During the past 14 years of training continuously developed, evolved and gained its present form. Because the system is so successful that today it is trained almost everywhere to elite police and military forces, FBI agents accordingly. The mental tactical training system architect Mr. Joseph Vigh was internationally recognized as a hostage negotiator and psychologist. The PSA instructors studied, this system for several years, applied by the police and soldiers. Before crossing it over to civilian sphere. The PSA instructors so well knowing and realizing the benefits of education, and its potential but seeing it that this training is available to the world's police elite only in limited access so using the most advanced tools, equipment as well this system worked through and developed further, the law enforcement and military personnel beyond the preparation for civil defense security professionals, bodyguards, FBO's, security agents, etc. PSD teams. Academy and the Cross of PSA have made this available to civilian employees of the security industry. In this program the students have to solve situations, that already occurred or likely to occur in real life. The tasks will always be compiled according to the group, or persons area of expertise. In the majority of situations, active, armed resistance often meet with participants in the program. For the training we use a specially designed weapon simulation. This weapon looks like, feels like, and works like the real one, the only difference is the bullets - made by plastic - Which contains paint.
9 EXTREME STRESS PROGRAM AND TACTICAL HOUSE (COUNTINUE) During our trainings we use a specially designed building, divided by rooms and corridors, the 'Tactical House'. The designs of the rooms are created - based on the requirements of the contractor and the type of the training. In this way each group may focus on their specific life situations applied in a training exercise. In addition to realism of a knife attack a specially developed real - protective reflexes and the development of psychological pressure. This means the occasion of the "cut-puncture" it gives an electric shock to a specific location to trigger the senses in the brain of a real cut or puncture during a scene. With the combination of environment, the program and the special weapons used, we create an extreme stress level situation where we can see each individual s personal reaction to certain situations. All the exercises are recorded by cameras and after each exercise the tapes are analysed, reviewed and corrections suggested. Such knowledge and experience gathered this way is deeper, lasts longer and in real life situations are much more functional than any other. The exercises are also usually monitored by a Pedometer (pulse counting watch). This watch checks and records each individual s heart rate, and with this it is possible to follow the individual s stress level, and changes the movement and coordination, etc. The PSA-Academy training program was incorporated into all of this stress-related training and over the years, this program was able to emerge and distinguish from all other programs that are provided by thousands of educational facilities around the world.
