FNAL SELECT LST. n pu rsuance to the Noti fication dated: cited at reference- recru itment process to fill up 41 vacancies of Police Sub-nspector (State ntelligence) (Men & Women) including n- Service was initiated and after the recruitment process this Office published Provisional Select Lists cited at reference-2. After publishing the Provisional Select Lists, candidates selected were subjected for Medical Examination as prescribed in the Cadre and Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, After conducting the medical examination, based on the report of the Medical Board, this Office published Second Provisional Select List cited at reference Whereas, as per the conditions stipulated in the above Cadre and Recruitment Rules this Office had sent the Provisional Select Lists to the Appointing Authority with a request to get the verifications of the character and antecedents and also the verification of the reservations claimed by the candidates selected. After the process of verification, the verification reports has been sent to ~ this Office by the Office of the Director General of Police. State ntelligence. Bangalore vide letter cited at reference-4. Based on the said reports the Final Select List of successful candidates is prepared and is as follows: (a) The appointment is subject to verification of Annual Performance Report and Departmental Enquiries ifany pending against any of the n-service candidates. (b) This Final Select List is subject to the final decision of the orders of Hon'ble Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal lon'ble High Court of Karnataka Hon'ble Supreme Court of ndia.
