2 Mission DTRA Mission: Safeguard the United States and its allies from global WMD threats by integrating, synchronizing, and providing expertise, technologies, and capabilities NACT Program Mission: Installs, operates, sustains, and improves 32 US-owned monitoring stations of the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty (CTBT) International Monitoring System (IMS) to deliver data in support of US and DOD Nonproliferation objectives
