(iii) Even if a candidate is a graduate or has a higher quali cation percentage mks in class XII would be applicable towards his eligibility. (iv) In case in the original mark sheet, any subject has been mentioned as additional subject the same will be considered for rect purposes also and only compulsory subject will be considered for indl aggregrate subjects. However, if the addl subject has not been indicated in the marks sheet then all subjects will be considered as per the current policy. In this case during the online registration process in the the candidate will have to enter all subjects mentioned on marks sheet with the respective percentages scored.

(ii) Producing false document / giving wrong information during any stage will result in cancellation of candidature as well as punishment by court of Law under appropriate sec of CrPc.

4 5. Medical Examination. (i) Medical examination will be conducted for all successful candidates in Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test and Document check as per laid down medical standards at rally site. UNFIT Candidates will be refered to MH/CH/BH. (ii) Preparation. To avoid difficulty during medical examination, candidates are requested to get themselves treated prior to the rally for common ailments like Skin diseases (eg Pityriasis Versicolour, Tinea Cruris, Ring Worm) Varicose vein Gross DNS, eye diseases (eg Pterygium, Stye) Tonsillits, Dental Caries, Hernia, Hydrocele,Varicocele, Phimosis, Piles, Skin diseases & Fissure. Candidates are advised to get their ears cleaned for wax and have proper hair cut, bathing before coming for recruitment. (iii) Medical fit candidates. All Medically fit candidates will be issued Admit Card for Common Entrance Examination (CEE) at the rally site. (iv) Medical unfit candidates. Rally medically unfit candidates will report to MH Hisar/MH Ambala. Admit Card will be issued when a candidate will be declared medically fit after review. 6. Common Entrance Examination (CEE) Will be conducted at Hisar Military Station, Hisar on 28 October 2018 (Sunday) for all successful candidates in Physical Fitness Test, Physical Measurement Test, Document Check and Medical Examination.

Necessary Documents and instructions for Recruitment Rally (a) Candidates are required to bring following documents / certificates in original with two attested photocopies with them to the rally site : (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) (v) (vi) Admit Card : Printed on Laser printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size) download from ID. Can only be downloaded once the candidate fillup Aadhar details during registration. Copy of Admit Card is compulsory. Admit Card to be printed (Black & White) on A4 Size Paper. No need for colour print out. Admit Card is not to be folded. Bar Code should be printed clearly on the Admit Card. Photograph : Twenty copies of unattested Passport size colour photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old. Computerised / photoshopped photographs will not be accepted. The photographs should be with haircut and without beard for non sikh candidates. Education Certificate : Education Certificates with marks sheet of all educational qualifications achieved by candidate i.e. Matric / Intermediate / Graduation etc. from recognised school / College / Board / University Degree holder candidate will produce provisional / Original Degree issued by University. Domicile Certificate : Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate, with and undertaking that he does not hold domicile of any other location or address. Photocopies : Candidate should produce original document and two photocopies at the time of documentation checking at documentation stand otherwise candidates will be rejected at documentation stage. Caste Certificate : Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate. (vii) Religion Certificate : Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar/SDM. (if religion as "SIKH/HINDU/MUSLIM/CHRISTIAN" Is not mentioned in caste certificates) (viii) School Character Certificate : School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster. (ix) (x) (xi) Character Certificate : Character Certificate with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months. Unmarried Certificate : Unmarried Certificate for candidates less than 21 years of age with photograph issued by village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six months. Relationship Certificate : SOS / SOEX / SOW / SOWW Candidates are required to produce the following documents. : (aa) Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal number, Rank, Name and Particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. (ab) A declaration to the affect as mentioned below in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non- Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/Executive/ Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. The ESM will mention particular of all sons including name. date of birth and their employment/ occupation in the affidavit and declare that I am willing to avail

6 SOEX benefits for only one son name whose Date of Birth is. I have not availed SOS/SOEX benefits for another son earlier. If my statement is found fake/wrong at later stage, legal action can be initiated against me besides candidature of my son will be cancelled by the military authority. I shall never challenge for the same in the Hon'ble Court of Law." (ac) Original Discharge Book of Ex-Serviceman also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it. (ad) Name and date of birth in relationship cert of wards of SOS/SOEX should not be variation from 10th / 12th marksheet. If variation found, then an affidavit need to be produced both by candidate and Serving / Ex-Servicemen to AROs. In addn, the concerned should approach Record Office for change in name in the relation cert with a copy of letter to the ARO. (xii) NCC Certificate : NCC A/B/C Certificates and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. (xiii) Sports Certificate : (aa) Sportsmen who have represented India at International level and State at National level within the last two years from the first day of the rally. (ab) Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and State at National level with in the last two years from first day of rally. (ac) The sports certificate should be provided alongwith gradation certificate signed by Competent Sports Officer. No relaxation / bonus marks will be awarded to any sports certificate holder without Gradation Certificates issued by competent authority. (ad) University/School Competitions at National / State level are not equivalent to conventional National / State level participation. (ae) Only one type of Bonus marks (max of the permissible) will be added to the total. To elaborate, for Sol (GD) Son of Ex-serviceman with NCC B Cert will get 20 marks only and not = 30 mks or not only 10 mks. (xiv) Affidavit : Duly signed by candidates on Rs. 10/- Non-judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate. (xv) Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card : Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrolment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme. (b) Special Instructions : (i) (ii) (iii) (iv) Candidates studied from NIOS, required to produce transfer certificate (TC) of class 8th/9th duly countersigned by the respective District Education Officer to authenticate its correctness. Mark sheet downloaded from computer must be signed by concerned school principal. Bonafide Haryana Resident Certificate with photograph and Caste Certificate duly signed and issued by Tehsildar/SDM, with an undertaking that he does not hold domicile of any other location/address. O+ level computer certificate issued by the DOEACC for Sol CLK/SKT, if any.

7 (v) Candidate below the age of 18 years should bring certificate duly signed by the parents/guardians and attested by village sarpanch stating that the "I am sending my son Name Date of birth for recruitment in Army on my own interest and there is no objection on him joining the Army. I shall not ask for any compensation due to any injury/illness sustained by my son during screening". (vi) Certificate with overwriting or tampering of seals or erasing any documents will not be accepted. (vii) Affidavit duly signed by the candidates on the non judicial stamp paper duly attested by a Notary as per format given. Instructions :- 8. Only online registered candidates are eligible for the rally. 9. Candidates are allowed to take part in one category only during recruitment rally. 10. Recruitment is purely based on merit list depending on available vacancies. Candidates do not have any right to claim on recruitment in Army just for passing in recruitment process. 11. Suggestion and complaint on recruitment can be submitted in writing by candidate through suggestion box held with Grievance Cell/ Army Recruiting Office, Rohtak. 12. Candidate will report at 2.00 A.M at main Entry Gate Rajeev Gandhi Sports Complex, Rohtak, rally ground. 13. Candidates/Father/Mother/relative of candidate will not have any rights for claiming compensation or to hold Indian Govt/Indian Army responsible for any injury, death, disease or disability suffered during the various physical tests undergone by the candidate at the time of recruitment. All candidates will be appearing for various tests in their own interests and at their own risk. 14. Candidates using unfair means will be disqualified and punitive action will be taken against them. FIR will be lodged against candidates caught using unfair means at any stage. 15. Candidates are advised to bring sufficient eatables and drinking water with them since recruitment is a time consuming process. 16. Candidates will be permitted entry into the rally site only on production of Admit Card in duplicate generated online through the official website Anyone found with fake admit card will be handed over to Civil Police. 17. Recruitment into the army is a free service, candidates are advised not to pay bribe to anyone for recruitment as it is based purely on merit. Selection process during recruitment at all stages is computerised and transparent. Therefore, candidates are advised to beware of touts as they cannot help them at any stage. 18. Candidates are advised to check their age & education criteria before participating in the rally. Candidates found under age / overage and not meeting education criteria will be disqualified. 19. Certificates with overwriting, tampering of seals or erasing/altersation of any type will not be accepted.

8 20. All documents submitted by the candidates are verified by government agencies before enrolment into Army. Strong legal action will be taken against individuals submitting fake documents. Even after recruitment, the service will be terminated if candidates are found to have produced fake documents or gave wrong information at the time of recruitment despite the number of years of service individual may have rendered. 21. No compensation for Death / Injury / loss etc during the rally and no traveling allowance / dearness allowance for journey is admissible. Candidates will participate in the rally at their own risk and the participation is totally and entirely voluntary. 22. Use of performance Enhancing Drugs : Use of any kind of performance enhancing drugs is strictly banned candidates having been found to have used the same will be debarred from further screening. 23. Tattoo : Permanent body tattoos are only permitted on inner face of forearms i.e. From inside of elbow to the wrist and on the reverse side of palm/back (dorsal) side of hand. Permanent body tattoos on any other part of the body are not acceptable and candidates will be barred from further selection. 24. If 180 days or more lapse between screening medical at the rally and despatch, medical will be done again and unfit candidates in this review will not be recruited. 25. Selection is provisional till Rahdari Certificate is issued and candidates are despatched for training. 26. MOBILE PHONES ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE RALLY SITE & DURING COMBINED ENTRANCE EXAMINATION. 27. Candidates are advised in their own interest to undergo medical examination before coming for selection especially with respect to flat foot, poor vision, defomties and physical measurements. All are advised to ensure that their ears are free of wax. 28. Negative marking could be applicable in CEE. 29.
