VOTES: Quality of Life Issues Reported: Gibson Dfac on Kelly Hill is small, it needs to be larger for 3 rd BDE Soldiers, and not enough time is allotted to eat between 11 :30-13 :00. Truscott Mail Center is closed to early, soldiers need keys to mail box. Soldiers would like Shuttle Bus stops to display times at each stop. *SPC Mccloud briefed the following: FYll lsi QTR Tentative Volunteer Opportunities FYll lsi QTR Tentative Recreation & Leisure events a. SPC Mccloud briefed the attendance and success ofthe following events: - January 14th Sock Behind Open Door it was a good turnout. Thanks to all who volunteered. January Ski Trip partnership with Outdoor Rec. 25 attended. a. SPC Mccloud reemphasized updating of the BOSS representative profile forms, executive committee members, submitting orders and the overall participation ofrepresentatives and alternates for planned events, voting issues for spring 2011 events. a. Soldiers voted to participate in Madi gras party 26 Feb 2011 on post. b. Soldiers voted to attend a trip to Bush Gardens / Walt Disney world trip. 6. Truscott Mail Center is still having key issues. *SPC Mccloud briefed the following: FY II 1st QTR Tentative Volunteer Opportunities FYII 1 st QTR Tentative Recreation & Leisure events a. SPC Mccloud briefed the attendance and success of the following events: - March 15 th Volunteered at Children's hospital in Atlanta, GA. Thanks to all who volunteered. March 30 th Atlanta Hawks VS. Orlando Magic Basketball game. We have eighty two soldiers attending. a. SPC Mccloud reemphasized updating ofthe BOSS representative profile forms, executive committee members, submitting orders and the overall participation of representatives and alternates for planned events, voting issues for summer 20 II events. a.
