VOTES: Quality of Life Issues Reported: Gibson Dfac on Kelly Hill is small, it needs to be larger for 3 rd BDE Soldiers, and not enough time is allotted to eat between 11 :30-13 :00. Truscott Mail Center is closed to early, soldiers need keys to mail box. Soldiers would like Shuttle Bus stops to display times at each stop. *SPC Mccloud briefed the following: FYll lsi QTR Tentative Volunteer Opportunities FYll lsi QTR Tentative Recreation & Leisure events a. SPC Mccloud briefed the attendance and success ofthe following events: - January 14th Sock Behind Open Door it was a good turnout. Thanks to all who volunteered. SPC Mccloud reemphasized updating of the BOSS representative profile forms, executive committee members, submitting orders and the overall participation ofrepresentatives and alternates for planned events, voting issues for spring 2011 events. a.
