If you gain approval, Jim indicated that the requisition process would be started so that a PO may be issued to support the purchase. In order to keep the project moving, and subsequent to confirmation of Board approval, can Hamot authorize Supply Chain Management to complete the contract some time tomorrow? The completed/signed contract will allow me to place the order with McKesson manufacturing. The Purchase Order can follow within the next several weeks. April If the Hamot Board approves the project, and Jim and Tom agree with my suggestion and are able to authorize you to do so, are you available to complete the contract tomorrow? I know that you wish to begin this project as soon as possible after approval. Our current manufacturing lead times on AcuDose Rx are weeks from contract completion. I have attached the proposal/quote and the associated contract to support the acquisition of the AcuDose Rx add on components for the UPMC Hamot South Tower. PLEASE NOTE: The proposal totals have been revised as errors were discovered on the last proposal dated 3/11/13. Additional Main Profile Cabinet $29,520 was not included in AcuDose Rx Purchase Price, i.e. proposal total did not re calculate properly when additional cabinet was added. Annual maintenance fees AcuDose Rx Tower annual maintenance was erroneously omitted from the quote. Please accept our apologies for the errors on the last revision of the quote. Please let me know if you have any questions or wish to discuss. As soon as you the completed contract is received, we will place the order with manufacturing and assign resources for installation of the equipment. Please let me know if you have any questions regarding the documents attached or the South Tower project.
