11 Market Research Research and data collection are early tasks Team will collect and analyze data from Census, CMAP and Pace/CTA ridership Demographic data - residential and employment areas and density Travel patterns - origin/destination and travel demand Two surveys - one for current riders and one for non-riders On-board surveys conducted on CTA and Pace routes Surveys for non-riders conducted online and at in-person at key locations such as: CTA and Metra Stations, malls, Universities, and high-traffic locations such as downtown Evanston Complete surveys this Spring State of System discussed with SC late summer Nelson\Nygaard Consulting Associates, Inc. 11
