South Central College is asking you to provide private information in order to process your application. This information will be used to update your academic record. You are not legally required to provide this information; however, the college may not be able to effectively process your request if you do not provide sufficient information. Access to this information will be limited to SCC officials (including faculty) and the scholarship selection committee (which includes community members). I understand that my scholarship award will be used to attend South Central College. We proudly recognize our scholarship recipients with at a scholarship appreciation luncheon. The tentative date for the Faribault Campus is April 23, 2018 and the North Mankato Campus is Thursday, September 6th at 5:00 p.m. I have tentatively saved the date to attend on my calendar, to ensure I can attend, if I am selected. If I am awarded a scholarship, I understand my name and photo may be used on SCC's website, publications and/or foundation publications in addition to SCC's papers of record: (Mankato Free Press and the Faribault Daily News) and other hometown newspapers unless I have signed the Authorization to Release Student Information form on file with the SCC Student Affairs Office.
