6 REGISTRATION INFORMATION Mode of Registration, Fee payment and Issuance of Hall Tickets Offline Registration Paper Application Mode : 1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed test fee in cash, two passport size photographs and a copy of Student s Aadhaar Card. Your Hall Ticket will be issued to you in person. 2. You may also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with two passport size photographs and a copy of Student s Aadhaar Card to the nearest FIITJEE Centre and in this case, your Hall ticket will be ed to You. Students already enrolled in a FIITJEE Non-Classroom Program {Study Material Program / Test Series Program / Grand Masters Package (GMP) / Rankers Test Papers File (RTPF)} should attach a copy of their enrollment receipt. Students registered for a previous FIITJEE Test should attach a copy of their previous hall ticket. Following this, an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically and the username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory that you login with this username and password at our Online services management portal and update your Full Profile as early as possible but before the test. Once your profile is complete, You ll see an option to download the Sample papers, view OMR sheet images etc. Students who fail to do so, will not be able to download the sample papers or view their OMR sheet images or check test result online. Online Registration Online Payment Mode : 1. Log on to our online services management portal with your existing username / password (Students already enrolled in a FIITJEE Non-Classroom Program {Study Material Program / Test Series Program / Grand Masters Package (GMP) / Rankers Test Papers File (RTPF)} / registered for a previous FIITJEE Test) or Create a new Account (New Students). 2. Update your profile and proceed for online registration. 3. If you are already registered for a previous test or enrolled in a FIITJEE Non-Classroom Program {Study Material Program / Test Series Program / Grand Masters Package (GMP) / Rankers Test Papers File (RTPF)}, use Add Registration Number / Add Enrollment Number utility before updating your profile. 4. You have an option to pay the test Fee using Master / Visa / Amex (Credit / Debit Cards) or through NEFT & IMPS. 5. Once your payment is successfully done, you can download the Hall ticket from the same online portal. e-application Mode : 1. Follow the same steps as the online payment mode except for the payment. 2. Choose e-application mode in the payments option. 3. Take a printout of your e-application and submit it in person with the test fee in Cash at the nearest FIITJEE Centre and collect your Hall Ticket. 4. You can also send this e-application by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the Test Fee (to be paid through Demand Draft / Pay Order*). Your Hall Ticket will be ed to you in this case. * The DD / Pay Orders should be in favour of FIITJEE LTD. 40 SCHOLARSHIPS ON FIITJEE PROGRAMS based on Scholastic Achievements NOTE1 A Student can avail only one scholarship (including cash scholarships awarded through Talent Reward Exams etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at FIITJEE. In case, a Student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship (excluding cash scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrollment - (initial scholarship amount availed + cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount will be refunded after the realization of payment of the last installment of Program Fee. NOTE2 Students can claim Scholarships based on their performance in any Competitive / Scholastic Exams, only if they have appeared in the respective Competitive / Scholastic Exam before the Batch Commencement (other than any early joining academic benefits) at FIITJEE and these Students are not eligible for FIITJEE Rewards for the Competitive / Scholastic Exam through which he / she has already availed the Scholarship. Students approaching FIITJEE for claiming the Scholarship based on their performance in any of the Competitive / Scholastic Exam in which they appear post their Batch Commencement at FIITJEE are not eligible for these Scholarships, however these Students will be eligible for FIITJEE Rewards, please refer Rewards Booklet. NOTE3 If a Student, after qualifying any Scholastic exam (during his / her Study at FIITJEE) for which FIITJEE offers Rewards, opts for the exit option or discontinues from his / her current FIITJEE Program after class X and enrolls again in a new FIITJEE Program, then he / she will not get any fee waiver / scholarship based on that scholastic achievement. However, he / she will continue to get Rewards in case of rejoining, if he / she stays eligible as per the Terms & Conditions of Rewards. 41 SCHOLARSHIPS ON FIITJEE PROGRAMS based on Scholastic Achievements NOTE5 The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of NTSE / JSTSE / SSTSE / MSCE / KVPY / Olympiads should be verified / attested by the Principal of the school last attended / presently studying or Gazetted Officer. NOTE6 Student claiming scholarship under X / XII Boards performance need to deposit the photocopy of the marksheet (while showing the original Marksheet also) latest by 15th September 2018, after which no application will be entertained. The Scholarship amount will be paid after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee. NOTE7 The Scholarship amount will be paid to the Student through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour of the Student only. No application for issuing of cheque in favour of parent / guardian will be entertained. NOTE8 In case, a Student reappears in FIITJEE test, his / her scholarship (if awarded) will be scaled down by one slab to ensure that he / she does not have any undue advantage over a Student taking the test for the first time. NOTE9a The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him. Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi. 42 FEE WAIVERS / CONCESSIONS on FIITJEE Programs Other Category Fee Waivers 25% Tuition fee waiver for Students with Physical Disability. 25% Tuition fee waiver to children of War Widows (Defence Personnel). 25% Tuition fee waiver to son(s) / daughter(s) of Defence Personnel disabled in War. Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians 10% fee concession on Tuition Fee to siblings (can be availed only once) i.e. fee concession to brother(s) / sister(s) of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians enrolled in any FIITJEE Long Duration Classroom Program. Candidates will be eligible under this criteria after submission of affidavit (format can be collected from your nearest FIITJEE Centre or downloaded from with proof of being a present Student of FIITJEE or earlier child (ex-students of FIITJEE) & photocopy of Birth certificates of both children (original copy of birth certificates of both children to be presented for verification at the time of enrollment). Terms & Conditions (Scholarships, Waivers & Concessions) 1. For Physically Disabled : The benefit will be given to those candidates who have at least 40% permanent physical disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / whole body etc. for any category of disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing). The Student has to submit an attested photocopy of the certificate issued by the Govt. General Hospital. FIITJEE management s decision in this regard will be final and binding. 2. The Scholarships on the basis of X / XII Board performance / fee waivers / fee concessions are valid only after qualifying FIITJEE s Admission Test of the respective program. 3. 43 FEE WAIVERS / CONCESSION on FIITJEE Programs 4. The mentioned scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession are applicable for those Students who enrol themselves between 1st January, 2018 to 15th September, Any Student can avail only one of the Other Category Fee Waivers during his / her entire academic session at FIITJEE. 6. An eligible Student can get the combined benefit of any one of the Other Category Fee Waivers (as mentioned above) along with the Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians and Scholarship if awarded i.e. all the benefits can be compounded as stated in the following example. For example, if a physically disabled sister / brother of present FIITJEE Student who is already enrolled in any Classroom Program qualifies in our Admission Test with a scholarship of 50% on Tuition Fee and if the Tuition Fee of the Classroom program offered to the Student is Rs. 10,000/-, the final Tuition fee payable by the Student will be calculated as follows : 1. Rs. 10,000 less 50% scholarship = Rs. 5,000/- 2. Rs. 5,000 less 25% (Physical Disability Waiver) = Rs. 3,750/- 3.
