1 Avenant to RULES OF THE GAME «Just MoMo it / Winning is amazing!» ARTICLE I: ORGANISATION In application of the law N 2015/012 of 16 July 2015 to determine the regime on gambling and entertainment, MTN Cameroon with headquarters located at 360 Rue Drouot Akwa, P.O Box Douala, is organising a game-quiz known as Just MoMo It/ Winning is amazing! from 01 August 2017 to 30 September 2017 at 11:59pm. General Rules ARTICLE II: PARTICIPATION The participation at this game is open only to prepaid subscribers of MTN Cameroon (hereinafter referred as the participant residing in Cameroon, except: Employees and representatives of MTN Cameroon and its partners The personnel of Bailiff Kamtchuing Octavi s chambers located at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Boulevard, adjacent Total Head Office, P.O Box : 2261 Douala, Tel : / ; and Any person having directly or indirectly taken part to organise this game-quiz The participant must have an active MTN Mobile Money account at the time of participation and his identification must be duly registered. The participant must be identified from their MTN Mobile Money account and cannot in any way play under several names and/or pseudonyms with the same account nor play with the account of third parties. For minors, they shall play the game-quiz under the responsibility and authorization of the legal representative capable of justifying parental authority.

2 Specific Rules on the promotion Just MoMo It/ Winning is amazing! ARTICLE III : MODALITIES To be eligible and participate in a raffle draw, the participant must: Be an MTN Cameroon prepaid subscriber Have an active MTN Mobile Money account Do an MTN Mobile Money transaction* during the week of the draw which entitles such participant to the draw The modalities of the draw are as follows: - Each extra transaction entitles an additional participation in the draw - MTN Cameroon shall carry out a draw each week as standard during which 60 (sixty) winners will be rewarded and distributed as it follow: o The 50 (fifty) first Winners will receive standard prizes (cash prizes worth fifty thousand (50 000) FCFA) o The following Nine (09) winners will receive 01 mobile phone each o The last winner named Lucky star will obtain a motorbike. ARTICLE IV: MODALITIES OF THE DRAW AND ALLOCATION Standard draw (first phase) - The standard draw shall be done weekly based on the number of participants having done a *MTN Mobile Money transaction during the week. - The week starts on Monday and ends on Sunday except : o The first week that starts from Tuesday to Sunday and o Last week that starts from Monday to Saturday - The draw shall take place the week that follows the week of reference. - The standard prizes to be won shall be: o Fifty (50) cash prizes worth fifty thousand (50 000) FCFA each. o Nine (09) mobile phones o One (1) motorbike - Each cash prize winner shall receive his prize only via MTN Mobile Money in the account that corresponds with the number used for participation. - The winners shall be notified by phone call or SMS each week before the official publication the next sunday and their respective MTN Mobile Money accounts will be credited thereafter at the tune of their gain value. - The accounts of the winners shall be credited not later than fourteen (14) business days that follow the draw in any circumstance unless for the cases cited in article VI.

3 - The delivery of the prizes will be done in a delay of fourteen (14) business days that follow the draw - Handing of the mobiles phones and the motorbike shall be after duly filling a form, signed and dated by the winners, as acknowledgement of receipt. - All the winners of the mobile phones and the motorbike must have themselves identified when withdrawing their prizes with their valid identification document. Second phase of the draw: - This second and last draw shall be on the 1 st Wednesday of September and October, that is, 06 September and 04, October A grand winner shall be drawn amongst the participants who made a transaction * MTN Mobile Money during the reference month (August and September). - The grand winner shall win a car - The winner shall be contacted by phone call and SMS to inform them of their gain. In case the winner is unavailable, and there is no response of the SMS, 72 hours after texting, a new winner is drawn - The grand winner shall have themselves identified when withdrawing the car with a valid identification document - Handing of the car shall be after duly filling a form, signed and dated by the winners, as acknowledgement of receipt - Handing of the prizes shall be within thirty (30) business days following the draw ARTICLE V: SELECTION OF THE WINNERS The draw for winners shall be done manually at the premises of MTN Cameroon Each winner corresponds to the number drawn by raffle and an identification which is recognized. Specific Rules to Just MoMo it/winning is amazing on Social Network In the margin of the competition, the participants eligible for the Just MoMo It game shall also have the possibility of participating in the Winning is amazing challenge on Facebook and Twitter social network to stand a chance of winning a smartphone as per the modalities and conditions below: Two (02) Smartphones shall be up for grabs each week. To participate in the game-quiz on social media, the participant must give answers to the three questions asked on the official Facebook and Twitter pages of MTN Cameroun. To be eligible, the participant must give the correct answers to the three (03) questions in the comment section (Facebook) and in response to the tweet (Twitter).

4 One person will be selected via a raffle draw among the participants who have given the right answers on Facebook and Twitter and she will win a smartphone. The winners shall be contacted each week via the page of the social media through which they will have participated. The winners shall then have seventy-two (72) hours to identify themselves by sending in return, a message that bears their names and first names as contained in the identification document as well as phone number on MTN Cameroon s messaging platform by which they will have been notified. The winners of this game-quiz (Winning is amazing) shall withdraw their prizes from the Service Centre of their town. In case the winner is in a town without an MTN Service Centre, their prize shall be delivered to them within thirty (30) days after notification of the gain. Article VI: Nature of the prizes and conditions of acceptance The prizes of both game-quizzes are nominative and cannot be conveyed. The prizes can neither be refunded in cash nor be subject to whatsoever consideration. The winners shall authorize any verifications on their identity. Any false identification information shall automatically eliminate the winner and nullify all their participations, without prejudice of court proceedings. The participation in this game-quiz Just MoMo it /Winning is amazing and/or acceptance of the related prizes officially abandons any claim to image right and authorizes the use of participants declarations. As a result, the winner allows MTN Cameroon, its subsidiaries and mother company to publish their photos and declarations obtained within the framework of this game-quiz wherever this will be necessary and on any medium. ARTICLE VII : LEGAL DEPOSIT The rules of this game-quiz have been deposited at the chambers of Bailiff Kamtchuing Octavi, located at the Ahmadou Ahidjo Boulevard, adjacent the head office of Total Akwa, P.O Box 2261 Douala, Tel : / The rules can be modified at any time by way of an addendum by the organiser while respecting the conditions stipulated and published by announcement.

5 The addendum shall be registered at Bailiff Kamtchuing Octavi s chambers, custodian of the game rules before their publication. Such addendum shall enter into force once published at the Service Centres of MTN Cameroon, and uploaded online. Any participant shall be deemed to have read and accepted such addendum by their mere participation in the game-quiz, from the date of enforcement of such amendment. Any participant who refuses such amendments must cease from participating in the game-quiz. ARTICLE VIII : LITIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES Participating in this competition implies accepting unconditionally the regulation in its entirety. If one or several provisions of this General Regulation were declared null and void, or unenforceable, the other clauses would maintain all their weight and significance. MTN Cameroon shall make the absolute and final judgement on all disputes relating to the competition and regulation in accordance with the Bailiff, Kamtchuing. There shall be no phone or written request concerning the interpretation or application of this regulation, and related mechanisms or modalities as well as the list of winners. In case of any contest, a registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt, received by MTN, within one (01) month after proclamation of the results, shall be solely admitted. MTN Cameroon shall reserve the right, if required by circumstances, to shorten, extend, modify or cancel this competition as per articles VII (LEGAL DEPOSIT) and VIII (LITIGATIONS AND LIABILITIES) without being liable to this effect. ARTICLE IX: CONSEQUENCES OF ACCEPTING THE PRIZE The participation in this game-quiz officially abandons any claim to image right and authorizes the use of participants declarations. As a result, the winner freely allows MTN Cameroon to publish their photos and declarations obtained within the framework of this game-quiz wherever this will be necessary and on any medium. By accepting their prizes, the winners hereby authorize MTN Cameroon to use their name, first name, and declarations in all advertising or promotional activities related to this competition without such use giving rise to any consideration whatsoever other than the prize won. Such permission shall last for at most 2 years. The winners hereby renounce to claim from MTN, MTN Cameroon or its subsidiaries any damage resulting from a certain harm caused by the acceptance and/or use of the prize.

6 ARTICLE X : AGREEMENT OF PROOF Unless in case of manifest errors, information resulting from the competition systems of MTN Cameroon shall have conclusive force on all disputes with regard to the connection elements and computer processing of such information relating to the competition. ARTICLE XI: ATTRIBUTION OF COMPETENCE Participants shall be subjected under Cameroonian regulations applicable to games and competitions. Any litigation that cannot be settled amicably shall be tabled before the GICAM Arbitration Centre, in Douala. (Airtime purchase, money transfer, bill payment and payment of other goods & services)
