5 7. Personal declaration I hereby certify that the details given in this application are correct and complete. I am currently in the final stage of my studies and am therefore unable to fully finance my means of subsistence. I do not receive any other kind of funding or scholarship from any other establishment or organisation. If I should receive any other scholarship after having submitted this application, I shall immediately notify the International Office accordingly without being requested. Should there be any changes with regard to the financing of my final study phase, I shall provide notification promptly and without being requested to do so. I hereby confirm that I have no other bank accounts, savings accounts or other assets apart from those stated in the application. In addition, I undertake to submit a short report about the success of the funding to the International Office within 30 days of the end of the scholarship phase, without being asked. I furthermore confirm that I meet the necessary funding conditions to be eligible for participating in the end-of-study scholarship programme. I am aware that I could be excluded from the funding programme if I provide false or incomplete information. Declaration of consent I agree to the exchange of my personal scholarship-related details between the establishments that administer the scholarship (International Office, selection panels, DAAD and other relevant scholarship providers). The data compiled shall be used exclusively in connection with the end-of-study scholarship. I am aware that I can revoke this agreement at any time in writing with effect for the future and that the electronically stored data about me will be deleted without delay. 6 Remarks on how to apply Please make sure your application for an end-of-study scholarship (STIBET) is complete before you submit it because only fully completed applications with all the necessary supporting documents can be considered in the award procedure. Please enclose the following: Certificate of matriculation (original) Proof of having registered the final thesis (verification from the Examination Office containing letterhead, stamp and original signature) Current list of grades with seal and original signature Bank statements for your main account from the last six weeks (original) Complete list of all bank accounts and savings accounts with current balance, as well as proof of other assets (with original documents) Application for an end-of-study scholarship Assessment by a university lecturer Personal requirements: According to the guidelines, only the following persons may receive funding: international students who have achieved good grades to date, whose ability enables them to complete their studies within two semesters of applying for a scholarship and who are in need, i.e. they receive little support from their parents and do not have any other financial security. page 6 of 6
