The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) already has a robust tele-stroke program that has been in place since Using this as a template, we have created a general tele-neurology service to serve the needs of the hospitals with limited or non-existent neurology coverage. This program will allow more patients to stay at rural hospitals and avoid disruptive transfers.
