Designed a cross-sectional quantitative study to measure the critical thinking skill changes over four years, designed a longitudinal analysis to complete the analysis of the data from the aforementioned cross-sectional study. Successfully defended 2002 Consultation with colleague regarding development of survey tool to measure students' understanding of a proposed set of new content for Complementary and Alternative Medicine Scholarly Teaching Innovative Coordination, Synthesis or Integration of Existing Knowledge - Development of teaching project for students in Teaching and Learning course with transfer and expansion of evaluation method to Teaching/Learning for Prevention course: received critical appraisal of teaching aspect of course from students; reviewed tenets of teaching and responded with new course design intended to provide students with opportunities to develop teaching skills in an incremental and positive mann.er; redesigned use of videotape session so that student capture of classmates' performance is useful for self-evaluation.
