Medical studies have shown this program helps people with arthritis reduce pain and improve on many aspects of health. This program is based on the Sun-style tai chi, chosen because of its healing component. Besides the fundamental set of 12-movement tai chi, it contains warm-up, wind-down and Qigong breathing exercises. Instructor: Bob Bennett.
