1 Nursing 1 Program: BSN Dept. Chair: Dr. ary Radford The Department of Nursing collects data on a semester by semester basis. Data is aggregated, trended and reviewed annually during the program s annual Systematic Program Evaluation. The document below reflects the most recent 3 years of data in addition to what has been collected during the current academic year. Data is stored in the Chair s office in labeled binders to which all faculty have access. Copies of trended and aggregated data are provided to all faculty at the department s annual Systematic Program Evaluation review. The annual review and any data-driven decisions are documented in Faculty Association minutes and available for viewing in the Department of Nursing.
