Scientist-C (Non-Medical): One Post (Unreserved) Essential Qualification: Candidates should possess l't Class Master Degree in relevant subjects (BiochemistryiN4icrobiology/Biotechnology) from a recognized university with 4 years' experience OR 2'd Class M.Sc. + PhD degree in relevant subjects from a recognized university with 4 years experience. Please note that no complaints will be entertained if the candidate misses the dates for the interview. NO SEPARATE CALL LETTERS WILL BE SENT TO HOMES OF APPLICANTS. The candidates should bring with them at the venue, the attached application from (Annexure-I) duly filled, all relevant original documents and a photocopy of the documents during the date of written test/interview. Incomplete documentation will lead to rejection of the candidature of the candidate. Terms: Posts are purely temporary. Appointment will be initially made for a period of one year and may be extended further based on the performance of the candidate and need of the project. However, the appointment can be terminated any time even before the end of the contract period due to any reason. Ln case of such premature termination, one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of the same will be provided. The same will not hold true in case of premature termination due to performance related issues. The candidate can leave the job prematurely giving one month's notice or one month's salary in lieu of the same. Qualification may be relaxed in case of candidates having working experience in ICMR/Government of India Projects as per prevailing rules and regulations. 3. Experience: 1. Candidates belonging to local population will be preferred. 2. Candidates having experience of working in ICMR projects will be prefened. Age relaxation will be allowed equivalent for the number of years served in ICMR projects. The mere fulfillment of requisite essential qualification/experience does not guarantee selection. During curency of the tenure as well as on its termination, the NJIL&OMD Agra, MRHRU Haroli as well as the ICMR New Delhi will have no legal liabilities relating staff. Performance will be assessed, on a regular basis/frequent intervals and the contract can be terminated at any time based on the perfofmance of the staff. Candidate will have to submit an affidavit at the time ofjoining that they will accept all the general instructions & terms and conditions related to the post. No TA/DA will be paid neither for appearing in the interview nor for joining the assignment. Canvassing on any behalf will be deemed as disqualification. Please Note - 1.
