Valley Baptist Medical Center Emergency Room/Outpatient Clerk Ensured that all emergency room, day surgery and outpatient records were received at the HIM department daily; responsible for assembling and analyzing all emergency room, day surgery and outpatient records; responsible for retrieving records for
