4 St.Vincent s Private Hospital, Dublin St. Vincent s Private Hospital is the largest private hospital in Dublin. Jones Engineering Group has installed the complete mechanical, electrical and sprinkler services in this acute 260-bed hospital. The facility includes operating theatres, high dependency unit, X-ray, ambulatory day care facilities, consulting suites, pathology facilities, pharmacy and administration offices. 5 Mater Hospital, Dublin The new Mater Adult Hospital is the only critical care centre in Ireland, where each patient is looked after in a single room. We have recently completed the electrical services installation to this 120-bed adult hospital, which is located in the centre of Dublin City. The works were carried out on a live operating hospital site, without causing any disruption or impact to existing healthcare facilities. 7 Waterford Regional Hospital Jones Engineering Group has been working in Waterford Regional Hospital for the last 25 years. We have carried out numerous upgrade and extension projects including Ambulance Centre, CSSD, Lab and Pathology extensions, new Radiology Diagnostics and new wards. Value e 20m Programme Ongoing 05

8 Beaumont Hospital, Dublin Jones Engineering Group was responsible for the complete intallation of the mechanical services within the orignal 620-bed hospital complex. We have continued to carry out various upgrade projects including the boiler house, which was carried out while maintaining steam supply to the hospital at all times. 9 Hermitage Medical Clinic, Lucan We completed the mechanical services to this private hospital in Lucan. Features include a 110 bed accommodation wing; 39 consultants suites; five operating theatres including two of ultra clean; two radiotherapy units; MRI & CT scan facilities; full medical gas system; pneumatic transport system. 12 Mayo General Hospital Jones Engineering Group carried out the mechanical services installation for the major expansion of this hospital in Castlebar. Features include 339-bed accomodation, A&E, MRI, Oncology, Endoscopy and Radiology. Value e 7m Programme 36 months 10

13 Galway Clinic We installed the mechanical and HVAC services to this new Private Clinic located in Galway. Features include 102-bed accommodation, 26 consultants suites, 5 operating theatres, radiotherapy units, MRI and CT scan department, laboratories, restaurant and kitchen. 14 Bons Secours Private Hospital, Galway We have installed the mechanical services to the expansion of this existing hospital, which included four theatres, two endoscopy rooms, day ward, new radiology department and consultants clinic building. The mechanical services included co-ordinating the integration of services into an airtight building, pneumatic transport, thermostatic mixing valves and full air-conditioning to theatres and critical areas. 15 Dublin Dental University Hospital Jones Engineering Group installed the mechanical services associated with the redevelopment and extension of this city centre hospital and training faculty. The building housed the original hospital in 1899 and won numerous architectural awards following its refurbishment. Value e 2m Programme 18 months 13

16 Naas General Hospital, Kildare We completed the mechanical services to the extension of the existing hospital for phases 2, 2a, 3a and CSSD. Features include 279-bed accomodation, A&E, Radiology, Oncology, Pathology, Cardiology and Department of Nursing. Value e 5m Programme 20 months 14

17 Letterkenny General Hospital, Donegal We installed the complete range of electrical services to the extension of this existing hospital. The extension comprises a three-storey A&E department which includes treatments rooms, resuscitation room, X-ray Department and various wards with 76 beds in total. Value e 5m Programme 18 months 15

18 St. Mary s Hospital, Dublin St. Mary s Hospital is a specialist hospital caring for over 65 s, with a total of 388 beds. We carried out the mechanical services to this new 150 wing. Our scope of work included underfloor heating system, water services and drainage for all bathrooms and toilets, clinical sinks, wet utility and cleaners stores. We installed medical gases providing central plant and distribution for oxygen and vacuum, and ventilation, to physio rooms. Value e 2.5m Programme 6 months 16

19 St. Francis Hospice, Dublin St. Francis Hospice is a state of the art hospice specialising in palliative care for cancer and motor neuron patients. This 11,000m2 development consists of Day care and in-patient facilities. We were responsible for the complete Installation of electrical services at the new facility, which included hospice rooms, including clinical and non-clinical facilities. 20 St James s Hospital, Dublin St. James s Hospital is the largest university teaching hospital in Ireland. We installed the complete mechanical services to the phase 1C wing and energy centre in the complex.
