2 Overview of the Foundation Created in 2002, the corporate VINCI Foundation sets up a link between VINCI, a global player in concessions and construction, and the community. For 14 years, it has supported innovative projects carried out by organisations fighting social exclusion. The VINCI UK Foundation supports long term charitable projects sponsored by the Group s employees in the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Taking action against all forms of social exclusion The Foundation supports projects that provide lasting solutions to social or integration difficulties of the underprivileged Evaluating our impact All the projects that receive the Foundation s support are monitored and assessed. The project managers and their VINCI sponsors conduct a yearly review of their actions together. The Foundation is setting up objectives for each project oo Support dual aid for project sponsors The Foundation systematically provides support in two forms to the projects the skills of one or more Group employees. Encouraging initiatives The Foundation encourages initiatives located as close as possible to t regions where VINCI is present. In order to adapt to local c and the social commitment of Group employees, the Foundation today, there are Foundations making a lasting commitment to fighting exclusion.

6 Fighting social exclusion The VINCI UK Foundation s four areas of action: Promoting access to employment. The Foundation supports projects aiming at improving access to employment and training. Inclusive mobility. The Foundation supports initiatives that foster the mobility of facing social or professional exclusion. Integration through housing. The Foundation encourages stakeholders that enable vulnerable people to obtain and stay in decent housing. Building better communities in underprivileged neighbourhoods. The Foundation provides support to organisations that strengthen social ties and fight isolation and social exclusion among underprivileged neighbourhoods. 7 The VINCI UK Foundation takes an interest in underprivileged neighbourhoods by supporting the charities and the people that live there. Lasting relationships are forged between associations seeking to increase their professionalism and VINCI sponsors who donate their professional skills. This relationship is priceless!

The Isle of Wight Foundation is a great opportunity for partners to demonstrate a commitment beyond its day to day work with the local community and for me personally. You are already in contact with a charity: Make sure it matches the selection criteria on the Foundation's website : Download the application form on the Foundation's website Complete it with the organisation you wish to support Send the form by post or by to the Foundation (contact@vinci-uk-foundation.co.uk) You do not know of any charity but you would like to get involved in a project: Contact your Local Coordinator or send an to the Foundation The Foundation will contact you to offer you a project to sponsor in your area There is no prerequisite to become a sponsor. Sponsorship takes the time you wish to dedicate towards it. Sponsors are supported by the Foundation throughout their involvement.
