1 The Great Places 2020 initiative collected Co-Investment Commitments from partners that are working together to transform these three strategic places. Partners were asked to indicate what they were committed to contributing and, where applicable, identify a dollar amount. These commitments listed below represent a fraction of the planned work in the Great Places, as many partners were not ready to reveal publicly their projects in the works. As of May 10, 2016 more than $84 million has been pledged to Great Places 2020 from over 50 partners. Great Places 2020 Co-Investment Commitments Organization Commitment Through 2020 Arts Council of Indianapolis Will support the theatrical productions of Bryan Fonseca in the River West Great Place through the Transformational Impact Fellowship. Bose Public Affairs Buckingham Foundation Business Ownership Initiative BWI, Inc Central Indiana Community Foundation Children's Museum of Indianapolis Christamore House Christel House DORS In-kind leadership support of Great Places 2020 Steering Committee and participate through employee volunteer support and financial sponsorship. Will provide grant funding and involvement of key leaders in the initiative. $25,000 Will provide 1:1 coaching, workshops, micro lending to existing area businesses to maximize their fiscal sustainability. $750,000 Will provider developer insight and leadership to Vitality Committee Will prioritize philanthropic investments to Great Places and support backbone $250,800 Priority enrollment in the TCM Explorers After-School Program for and the Mid-North Promise Program to children residents of Maple Crossing Great Place and those who attend IPS School 43. $3,000,000 Will provide resources and support to at risk children who live in the River West Great Place. Will provide resources and support for adults to go to school and attain their high school diploma in the River West Great Place.

Will work in each Great Place to advance livability efforts that promote physical and mental well-being and prioritize our food procurement to businesses located in a Great Place. $45,000 Will provide a health population nurse in the River West Great place to support healthy lifestyles by providing health education and linking individuals to primary health care. $160,000 Create jobs for Englewood Village residents by supplying vegetables to anchor institutions Build two new and rehab one homes in River West Great Place $190,000 Will prioritze ongoing jobs training and early childhood education opportunities for residents. Provide discounted zoo passes to residents. $345,916 Health by Design will work to ensure the Great Places are safe, accessible and connected for people who walk, bike and ride transit. Hearts & Hands of Indiana Will rehab homes in the River West Great Place. $750,000 Humane Society of Indianapolis Indiana Housing & Community Development Authority Will provide Animal Welfare Educational Programming for the River West Great Place, and activate Triangle Park. $10,000 Will provide services and resources in the Great places related to Homeowner Rehab and Homeownership Opportunities. $1,056,852

Rebuilding Together Indianapolis Renew Indianapolis Riley Community Development Corporation MesaVerde Press St. Anthony Parish The Lord's Pantry at Anna's House Tlaolli Restaurant Will work to rehab homes in the Haughville community along with WCDC and work on Pershing Park. $500,000 Will prioritize resources, including vacant land assembly and blight elimination. 5 If the organizations/projects listed are outside the geography but have programs that impact the Great Place, we pro-rated by taking 10% of programs. For Example: With Hawthorne CWF we assumed that 10% of participants in programs where from Great Place, thus 10% of budget was listed. We did not count yet-to-allocate grant opportunities (such as INDI funds, IHCDA, etc) even though several such funders expressed a commitment to prioritize application from the Great Places.
