17 Q79. Questions Completed You have completed the question and essay portion of your application. In the net pages, you will find important information on the net steps in the application process. Please make sure to click all the way to the end of the application until you see the SUBMIT button. Your application will only be submitted once you click the SUBMIT button.
18 Q80. Grant Reporting Requirements The opportunity to apply for funding to support your summer internship or project is made possible by Hampshire alumni and friends of the College who, like you, care about social justice and want to make a difference in the world. These donors have chosen to support Hampshire students in their journies to becoming change-makers, because they believe all students should have access to opportunities that will both change the world and change their lives. Part of receiving grant funding, at Hampshire and anywhere else, is the responsiblity to communicate with the donors about how the grant money was used and the difference it made. We help you with this by providing a structure of grant reporting requirements. Because the donors differ, each grant has slightly different requirements. Eamples of reporting requirements are: - Thank-you letter when you receive the grant - Mid-Internship report - Final report or self-reflection - Photo documentation - Thank you letter when you complete the internship - Thank you letter to your internship supervisor We wish you the very best of luck in this grant application process. If you do receive a grant and decide to accept it, please be prepared to complete the reporting requirements asked by your particular grant. I understand that, should I receive a grant and choose to accept it, I will be responsible for some or all of the grant reporting requirements listed above. I understand that I will learn more about my specific reporting requirements upon my acceptance of the grant. Q81. Completing Your Application This form is one part of the application process. In order to complete your application, you will need to submit a statement of support from your internship organization, as well as a faculty statement of support, which are both online forms. These forms, as well as instructions on how to submit them, are on the Summer Social Justice Grants website. I understand that I need to ask my internship supervisor to submit the online organization statement of support,, and it needs to be submitted in order for my application to be complete. I understand that I need to ask a faculty member to submit the online faculty statement of support,, and it needs to be submitted in order for my application to be complete.
19 Q83. Review Your Application On the net page you will see a summary of your responses. You may go back and edit your responses if you wish. From the summary page, once you click submit, you will no longer be able to view or change your responses. Location Data Location: ( , ) Source: GeoIP Estimation
