4 Health Care Facility Improvement Program (HCFIP) HCFIP projects are planned at institutions statewide. One Firm will be selected to provide CM services for the projects within a single group. CDCR retains the right to remove projects from the group, withdraw its request for CM services on a said project or group and/or add sub-projects to a project. Firms shall submit a Statement of Qualifications for each group they would like to be considered for. 4
