These entities include Builder, Contractor, Distributor, Labor, Manufacturer, Material Association, Standards Promulgator, Testing Laboratory, and Utility. This year I have testified on panels in front of the Maryland State Senate and Maryland State House of Representatives explaining and supporting the ICC code change process and CP #28. While I worked for BOCA International / and the International Code Council for 15 years, a majority of that time I served as the staff secretary for the International Residential Code, International Existing Building Code, International Property Maintenance Code and International Zoning Code. As a result of this unique experience I gained a strong understanding of the parliamentary process as dictated by CP#28. During that time I also developed commentary for the IRC, IEBC, IECC and numerous chapters for the International Building Code. 3.
