The person in this position assists the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in the implementation of related facility goals, objectives, policies, procedures and budgets for a modern 110,000 square foot Recreation Facility that houses an indoor arena, gymnastics facility and leisure pool complex that includes six swim lanes, a wave pool and water slide. The successful candidate will be required to perform a variety of custodial and maintenance tasks within the Recreation and Leisure Services department including monitoring the operation of the arena refrigeration plant.
