3 Introduction Congratulations on being a Finalist for the STEP Private Client Awards! These Awards highlight excellence and innovation among private client solicitors/attorneys, accountants, barristers, bankers, trust managers, financial advisors and insurance professionals worldwide. To be a Finalist is a great achievement, especially given that this year saw the highest number of entries yet. The judges shortlisted only those they felt to be the most outstanding in each category. The judging panel will decide upon a winner for each category and the winners will be announced at the Awards Ceremony on 17 September 2014 at the Hilton on Park Lane Hotel, London, UK. 5 Maximising the Marketing Potential of being a Finalist Guidelines for Using the Finalist Logo Who can use the STEP Private Client Awards Finalist Logo? The Finalist team, individual or firm only. When to use the Finalist Logo: Finalist teams and individuals can use the logo on their website, advertisements and marketing materials as well as in their footer. Individuals who are a Finalist can use the logo within a biographical profile within their firm s website and promotional material. How to use the Finalist Logo: The logo should be no more than 400 pixels wide by 100 pixels high when it is used. Who cannot use the STEP Private Client Awards Finalist logo? Anyone who is not a Finalist or is not a member of the team or firm that is a Finalist. 6 Twitter Let your followers know that you are a finalist, join in the conversation and share your images of the evening using #STEPPCA Re-tweet news about the event by Company Logo and URL As a Finalist and potential Winner, we require your company logo for display at the Awards Ceremony, on the Awards website and in the Private Client Awards Supplement. 7 Awards Ceremony The Awards Ceremony promises to be an unmissable event hosted by Hugh Dennis of Mock the Week fame and will take place on 17 September 2014 at the Hilton on Park Lane Hotel, London, UK. As well as enabling us to announce the winners, the dinner also provides an excellent opportunity for networking with your peers and rewarding your staff. Booking Your Places Being a Finalist for a STEP Private Client Award is a great achievement and we are sure you and your team will want to attend the Awards Ceremony. As a Finalist, we have automatically reserved you two tickets for the evening. You will need to confirm that you will be purchasing these tickets by Tuesday 8 July You can also purchase additional tickets, but we advise that you book early to avoid disappointment, as in previous years the event has sold out and a waiting list has been established.
