1 2018 Merit Awards Submission Form/Details The Chicago Building Congress Merit Awards Committee invites members and non-members to submit entries for the CBC's 2018 Merit Awards competition. This program recognizes the most outstanding construction projects from the past three years in the Chicagoland area. Thank you for your interest! To submit your project details simply fill out the form below. Since you cannot alter this form once submitted, we recommend preparing your answers before filling out this form. Here's what you need to have: 1. Project Summary 2. Project Description (400 words max) 3. Quality of Construction 4. Impact on the Community 5. Safety Record 6. Names, contact information, and roles of those on the project team Once submitted you will be given a link to upload your photos. All submitted information is due Monday, February 5, By submitting this entry you agree that all photographs, videos, and verbiage can be used for promotion of the event and in Chicago Building Congress electronic and print media. In addition, all contacts and s included in the submission will be added to the Chicago Building Congress data base. However, s may be unsubscribed at any time.
