File No. 3641/DD(Y) The committee noted that an application dated 17/03/2016 was made by the project proponent for environmental clearance of Corporate Tower at Plot No-A-143, Sector-136, Noida. A presentation was made by Shri Rakesh Gupta, authorized representative of project proponent along with their consultant M/s Shri Environmental Technology Institute, New Delhi. The proponent, through the documents submitted and the presentation made, informed the committee that:- 1. The project proposals are covered under category 8"a" of EIA Notification, 2006, as amended. The SEAC discussed the matter and decided to seek the following information:- 1. The SEAC noted that the project Proponent has sought E.C. for increased FAR 3.0 from FAR 2. For FAR 2 the built up area was below 20,000 sqm. The project proponent is therefore, required to submit the Structural design certificate for all the floors for which E.C is sought including the existing constructions. Submit the proof of no construction. 2. Submit the NOC for fire and AAI for revised height. 3. Existing comparative building construction status with date of start of construction. 4. Comparative statement showing existing and proposed construction. 5. Peripheral green and set back details. 6. Submit the area statement for built up area, parking, open space and green. 7. Submit the approved building plans based on FAR 3.0 alongwith the sanction letter from the local authority. 8. Total cost of the project is Rs Cr. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan along with budgetary provision amounting to minimum 2% of the project cost (Rs. 1.0 Cr.) shall be prepared and approved by Board of Directors of the company. A copy of resolution as above shall be submitted to the authority. A list of beneficiaries with their mobile nos./address should be submitted. 9. The details of rain water harvesting p[its and fire hydrant is to be shown on layout plan and map. The matter will be discussed after the receipt of the information. 15. Group Housing Project Saya Zion at GC-6/II, Gaur City, Plot No-GH-01, Sector-4, Greater Noida- Sri Shivendra Nath, GM, File No. 3644/OSD(T) The committee noted that an application dated 18/03/2016 was made by the project proponent for environmental clearance of Group Housing Project Expansion Saya Zion At Plot No - GC/Ii, Gaur City, Plot No : GH 01, Sector 4, Greater Noida U.P. m/s. Saya buildcon consortium private limited. A presentation was made by Shri Shivendra Nath, authorized representative of project proponent along with their consultant M/s Environmental and Technical Research Centre. The committee noted that E.C. has been asked for expansion of project for increased FAR i.e for increased built up area sqm to sqm. The SEAC discussed the matter and decided to seek the following information:- 1- Submit the structural design duly signed by the qualified structural engineer of the date prior to the start of the project work and approved layout plan of the complete project should also be submitted along with the building plans. 2- Submit the date of start of construction with 100/- Rs.
