3 Education Policies To guarantee availability, registration must be made three days prior to seminar date. Refunds will only be issued for cancellations made more than one-week prior to seminar date. Cancellations made within a week of the seminar will be billed in full with a one-time only opportunity Education to attend Policies the same seminar on the next occurring date. Education Package holders are responsible for using their correct promotional code in order to secure the correct price on any free or discounted seminar. Reoccurring billing corrections will no longer be made for students who fail to use their Education Package discount correctly. Designations To guarantee availability and material shipment, all designation courses must be registered for two-weeks prior to the start of the program. Students must complete their online testing within 4-6 weeks of completing the designation classes at AASC. If that cannot be accomplished students will be directed to a local proctored facility and a $50 fee will be billed to the student by AASC. If retests are needed additional fees will be incurred. Due to limited space, students who cancel a scheduled testing time with AASC will be billed $45. Reoccurring cancellations will not be permitted. Inside Story 5 3
