7 2015 Fire Safety Log Lists all fire incidents involving injury, death, or property damage or flame outside its intended container Two reportable fires both in kitchen areas with frying o Grease fire, University Suite U limited damage o Grease fire, Apartment E resident received minor burns Cooking alarms accounted for more than 60% of all nuisance alarms in residential housing. Secondary causes were mechanical or detector lifecycle expiration although e-cigarettes are on the rise.
