3 Our Mission The Technology Transfer Center s mission is to foster a safe, efficient, environmentally sound transportation system by improving skills and knowledge of local transportation providers through training, technical assistance, and technology transfer.

This program is geared toward officials such as Directors of Public Works, Town Engineers, Highway Supervisors, and Foreman or those who aspire to these future Public Works leadership positions.
