Your assigned table number will be written on your ticket; therefore you must present all tickets for the seats you are reserving. (No exceptions!) You may reserve any number of seats. Tables have 10 seats. Tickets for tonight s dinner will be collected at the buffet stations. 1:00 p.m. Exhibit Areas Open to Children Exhibit Hall A, B & C 2:30 p.m. Children (under age 16) will be permitted in the exhibit areas only during this time period and they must be accompanied by a registered adult at all times. tuesday RESERVED SEATING For Inaugural Dinner Those who purchased tickets for MML s inaugural dinner will have the opportunity to reserve seats on Tuesday afternoon, June 25 from 1:00 2:00 p.m. Each table has 10 seats, but you can reserve any number of seats as long as you have tickets in your possession for all of the seats you want to reserve. Although it is not required to reserve seats, most attendees prefer to do so. MML s 2013 Convention Planning Committee offers the following suggestions regarding the dinner seating process: Have one official from your municipality collect all of the dinner tickets for those attending from your city/town. That official will reserve the seats during the table reservations time slot on Tuesday from 1:00 2:00 p.m. Make use of the Will Call table. The table will be set up outside the ballroom doors before the dinner. If one person handles the dinner table reservations, that person can prepare envelopes for everyone in the group and leave the tickets at the Will Call table. This will eliminate the need to try and find the person who made your table reservations and is an easy way to get your dinner ticket(s) on Tuesday evening. Form your group while you are at the convention in Ocean City and designate one person to get the table reservations. Some convention registrants like to wait until they are on-site in Ocean City to put together groups of people who want to sit together, and those in the group may be from different municipalities or organizations. Again, the CPC recommends designating one individual from this group to get the table reservations, and then use the Will Call dinner envelopes to re-distribute the tickets. Leave your dinner tickets at the MML registration desk. If you would like to have a reserved seat, but do not care where you sit or who you sit with, you can leave your dinner tickets at the MML registration desk on Tuesday morning. Your seat(s) will be assigned after the dinner reservation process ends at 2:00 p.m., and your tickets will be at the Will Call table. If there is more than one person in your party, every effort will be made to keep everyone in your group together, but we cannot guarantee that those who choose this option will all be seated at the same table. plan the future
