(Photos by Peter Rejcek) Farmer s Market is a fruitful venture Bernadette Brockmon, Three Palms Snack Bar chef-manager, works the fruit and vegetable stand at Sunday s Farmer s Market, held at the Oceanview and Pacific clubs. Brockmon was offering free samples of wasabi greenbeans, stuffed dates, and her special vegetarian caviar. Sodexho Marriott officials said about a thousand residents turned out for the event, which also featured such culinary delights as homemade strawberry shortcakes, platters of barbecued ribs, and fruit smoothies. The popular event will become a quarterly attraction.
