Registration for NURSA 1105 Registration OPENS in accordance with the COD registration process AND the 90 day drug screen and TB skin test earliest completion date Drug screen and TB test earliest completion dates Registration CLOSES at the end of business on the deadline date stated on the CNA Program page: Fall 2018 (1 st 8 week and 16 week classes): August 6 th Fall 2018 (2 nd 8 week classes): September 27 th Spring 2019 (1 st 8 week and 16 week classes): January 8 th Spring 2019 (2 nd 8 week classes): February 28 th Summer 2019: May 20 th Please visit the CNA Home page for specific details.
5 CNA Student Orientation (CSO) All enrolled CNA students must attend an orientation session An will be sent to your COD after the registration closes. 45 Program Participation Key things to remember You must attend all class sessions, including the mandatory orientation An average of 78% must be accomplished in each of three assessment groups All IDPH required skills must be competently performed Any change in your health requires a doctor s note to continue. If it limits your ability to meet the Essential Functions, you will need to withdraw from the class.
