3 The University at Buffalo is offering FREE tickets to all of their home games for the 2017 season. Open to ALL Authorized Users of Niagara Falls ARS and their guests. Authorized Users are: all active duty or retired: military, TRs, ARTs, Guard Members, NAF employees and civilians of all branches of service in Western New York. If you have an ID card that gets you on base, you are eligible. How It Works: Reserve Your Tickets Online The deadline to sign up for tickets is 3 BUSINESS DAYS prior to the game you would like to attend. You will receive a confirmation from the FSS Marketing Office. Your tickets will be waiting for you at the Will Call Desk at the UB Stadium. Identification is required to pick up tickets. Will call tickets can start to be picked up 90 minutes prior to kickoff. Stampede Square activities begin 3 hours before kickoff. Pre-game concerts begin 2 hours before kickoff. Questions? It replaces the paper-based SGLI/Family SGLI (FSGLI) enrollment, maintains elections and beneficiary information, and provides 24/7 self-service access to SGLI information. SGLI provides insurance coverage to eligible members of the active and reserve components. What can Service-members do in SOES? Increase, reduce or cancel SGLI and FSGLI coverage Add a beneficiary or edit SGLI beneficiary information View, save, print or a SGLI Coverage Certificate Where can a Service-member find SOES? SOES can be found on the DoD milconnect portal at: milconnect. To access SOES, go to sign in, and go to Benefits, Life Insurance SOES- SGLI Online Enrollment System. Servicemembers can log in with their CAC or with their DS Logon using Internet Explorer as soon as they receive notice that SOES access is available. Servicemembers can then make sure their SGLI coverage and beneficiaries are up-to-date.
