Libby Murphy seconded; motion passed unanimously. C. Approval of the April 1, 218 Minutes ACTON: Deweece Ogden moved to approve the April 1, 218 meeting minutes. Libby Murphy seconded; motion passed unanimously.. NEW BUSNESS A. Bylaws Ms. Lynn Godfrey, North Central Florida Regional Planning Council Senior Planner, stated that the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged requires the Board to review and approve the Bylaws annually. ACTON: Libby Murphy moved to approve the Bylaws. Deweece Ogden seconded; motion passed unanimously. B. Grievance Procedures Ms. Godfrey stated that the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged requires the Board to review and approve the Grievance Procedures annually. ACTON: Libby Murphy moved to approve the Grievance Procedures. Deweece Ogden seconded; motion passed unanimously. C. Elect Vice-Chair ACTON: Deweece Ogden moved to re-elect Sandra Collins as Vice-Chair. Frederick Johnson seconded; motion passed unanimously. D. Fiscal Year 218/19 Trip & Equipment Grant Agreement Amendment Mr. Mathew Pearson, Suwannee River Economic Council Executive Director, stated that Suwannee River Economic Council will not be able to spend all of the Trip & Equipment Grant funds on trips during the 218/19 Fiscal Year. He said twenty five percent of the total grant budget may be used for capital expenditures. He said Suwannee River Economic Council, nc. is requesting an amendment to the Fiscal Year 218/19 Trip & Equipment Grant agreement to purchase one vehicle. He said all capital equipment purchases must be reviewed and approved by the Board and the Florida Commission for the Transportation Disadvantaged. Page 2 of3-8-

Libby Murphy seconded; motion passed unanimously. E. Suwannee River Economic Council Operations Reports Mr. Pearson discussed the operations reports. He stated that this may be the last year Union County receives additional Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Funds. He explained that two years ago, rural counties were awarded additional Transportation Disadvantaged Trust Funds due to larger urban areas not spending all of their allocations. He said he wants the Board to be aware of possible funding changes in Fiscal Year 219/2. ll. OTHER BUSNESS A. Comments Bill McGill commended Suwannee River Economic Council for the outstanding transportation services they are providing to Union County residents. He also expressed concern that there aren't more residents of Union County willing to serve on the Board. V.
