2 2 Intended use BTR-3E armored troop carrier crew training complex is intended for solving of combat training tasks for sub-units armed with armored troop carriers BTR- 3E, and it provides the following: a) crew members individual training: BTR-3E design familiarization, armament & equipment preparation for intended use training, target intelligence shaping, day-night fire delivering with BTR-3E armament, in all weathers, with different types of terrain; b) ATC driver mechanics driving drill in full range of Armed vehicle driving training course; c) fire training in full range of Firing course, ATC crew shakeup; d) tactical training and combat coordination of mechanized sub-units in approximated to battle conditions, including conditions of two-sided battle; e) mechanized sub-units training before tactical and field training with digital 3D models of intended for maneuvers terrain using; f) combat training intensity and results increasing; e) maintaining the necessary level of mechanized sub-units combat readiness during the whole training period.

Structure Driving and gunnery simulators assembled in cabins corresponding to the BTR-3E ATC compartments dimensions. Instructor s workplace provides training complex modes control, communication with trainees, control the trainees actions and managing over the training process Motion platforms provide reproducing of ATC hull fluctuation and pitch during starting, breaking, cornering, road running and natural or simulated obstacles crossing, according to terrain, velocity and dynamic features of BTR-3E APC. 7 Instructor s workplace The software of computing complex works under the Microsoft Windows operating system and has simple graphical interface. Instructor s workplace provides determination of order and choice of training conditions and modes registration of trainee crews and sub-units control the trainee actions and managing over the training process (corrective actions in running of exercise, repeat of single exercises elements and tactical situations, change of training conditions) forming the mark for completing of the firing and driving exercises analysis of trainee actions during the training, performance evaluation of decisions taken by trainee during training analysis of dynamics of trainee skills forming of the individual studying and training programs objective evaluation of the attainment level of crews and sub-units

10 Reliability Training complex reliability assurance program based on following strategy: manufacturing application only proven and reliable parts, incoming inspection development of software solutions, which make impossible collisions between special and general software and hardware multiple inspection of developed engineering solutions using of engineering solutions, witch provide mechanical engineering assemblies sustained per operational and per stage quality control of training complexes mechanical and electrical assembling using in training complex modules structures only contactless rotation and motion sensors (based on magnet sensitive microcircuits) using of environmental protection means for electronic devises printed circuits and connector pins using of industrial strength (protected) computers using of uninterrupted power supply for computers maintaining necessary temperature work conditions for training complexes facilities providing the reserve power for power supply Training complex provides faultfree performance throughout operating life (warranty - 1 year, after guarantee 7 years). Combat training basic principles realization making technical, fire and tactical ATC crew training the real basis of all motorized sub-units, providing the educative and training process management excluding approximations during studies and maneuvers creating the study conditions approximated to the real combat ones providing the intensive training of all sub-units staff providing the managerial and methodological relation of studies and training with the complex and field maneuvers, including battle shooting providing the objective control of crews training and sub-units coordination level providing the study principle from simple to complex, realization of individual training approach, providing the study and training continuity 2. Combat training tasks solution providing the real opportunity to creating and maintaining necessary level of ATC crews skills and combat integration to teach crews with different tricks and methods of combat operations in the sub-unit, effective use of armament in complex conditions of combat situation, in the day or night working-out commander skills of continuous sub-units direction and firing in the battle preparing sub-units for running the effective and coordinated actions in modern battle providing necessary level of crew proficiency throughout training period training sub-unit to effectivebattleactionatthis time 3.
