Situation Summary and Health and Safety Briefing (for briefings or transfer of command): Recognize potential incident Health and Safety Hazards and develop necessary measures (remove hazard, provide personal protective equipment, warn people of the hazard) to protect responders from those hazards. At 09:16 today two unknown individuals entered the campus at Facebook; North of Bayfront Expressway in Menlo Park. They placed packages near the entrances of several of the buildings then left the scene by car traveling either West on Bayfront or South on Willow Road. Shortly after they left two of the packages exploded. At this time there are at least 14 victims known to be injured and damage to both structures. ICS 201, Page 1

At 09:39 today two unknown individuals entered the Sequoia Station shopping mall and parked a car adjacent to the Starbucks coffee shop. They walked North West towards the SanTrans / CalTrain station area. Moments after train 134 South cleared the Redwood City station a bomb exploded inside the car. Glass and metal debris was strewn over a 100 radius, and something burning within the car issued large quantities of thick gray smoke with a salty chemical smell. At this time there are at least 14 victims known to be injured.

At 10:19 today two unknown gunmen riding in a gray sedan fired rifles into the school property. Multiple shots were fired by two shooters and 7.62 X 39 mm shell casings consistent with AK type rifles were found on the street adjacent to the school. The vehicle sped off traveling South on Clarke Avenue. At this time there are at least 14 victims known to be injured. ICS 201, Page 1

At 10:43 today two unknown gunmen charged onto SamTrans bus #286. Multiple shots were fired by two shooters and many 5.56 X 45 mm shell casings consistent with AR-15 type rifles were found on the floor of the bus. The shooters shouted Today is the Day of Delivery before fleeing the bus on foot. The shooters fled to the North on foot toward either Santa Cruz Avenue or between Kepler s Books and The British Bankers Club restaurant. At this time there are no victims known to be injured.
