4 Ocean County Federation Report September, 2016 NJ Wild Expo this Saturday and Sunday at Colliers Mills WMA Youth Day Archery Bow hunting day: Saturday, Sept. 24 th statewide Ocean County Natural Lands: see page 43 of the current Digest, It has links to the rules for these areas. The Federation is now aware of this and will be discussing this at the September Federation Meeting on 9/21. The Ocean County Federation is up and running. The site is The governor vetoed two firearms bills. Please send a short to his office thanking him for doing so. One would have set in stone NJ as a justifiable need state. The other knocked down a requirement that every gun store have at least one smart gun for sale.

5 WARRIOR DAY Sat. Oct. 8 th by Al Dolce Central Jersey will be hosting their 9 th Annual Warrior Day. Mayor Mike Reina starts things off with a Motorized Parade from the Jackson Justice Complex with Fire Trucks, Police, EMS, Motor Cycle Riders; and if we can arrange it WW2 Vets in Antique or Classic Cars. Parade goes wheels up at 9:30. There is a pre-event meeting at 7pm, before our October CJ meeting. We do set-up Fri. 10/7 at 9am, and starting at 7am on Saturday. We have a nice reception for them, and then provide everything CJ has to offer, and I do mean EVERYTHING. We set up a gifts tent for them, and provide each with 10 tickets for a Chinese Auction. If you have any serviceable gear to donate, bring it to the meeting if you can't make Warrior Day. We need volunteers of all sorts, so don't feel shy if you're not comfortable being an instructor, we will find assignments for you to do. Members so inclined bring their toys for the Warriors to play with, and I will supply most all common calibers. Feel free to bring ammo, but it is not required. We honor all Services, and welcome them from WW2 on up. Warriors and their family are free, but for other guests we ask a $20 donation. I supply $10 worth of food and drink, and thousands in ammo. We provide free foam ear plugs but charge a $2 refundable deposit on glasses and $10 on ear muffs, THEY KEPT DISAPPEARING! REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FROM EVERYBODY, Warriors, Guests and Volunteers so I have some sort of handle on the numbers. Volunteers please list your preference in job assignments, and we will try our best to accommodate you. If you know Wounded Warriors or Veterans who should come, please be sure to give them my contact information. Everyone, njgunfun@gmail.com Please, check out Central Jersey Wounded Warrior Program on Facebook WHEN THE GOING GETS TOUGH by Al Dolce For the purposes of this Club nothing is more important than DEFEATING HILLARY! The tragic loss of Justice Scalia should drive home to all members the huge importance of the Court. We have a 4-4 tie, and one Hillary appointment can end your 2 nd Amendment Rights FOREVER. I was able to watch Justice Sondra Sotomayor's Senate Confirmation Hearings, where she LIED OUT HER BACKSIDE about the 2 nd Amendment. Do any of you actually believe we will get any better from Hillary? We need to get everyone we can registered to vote, and then be sure to get everyone out on Election Day. Last day to register is Oct. 18 th, but there are different dates for registering on line or requesting absentee ballots, etc. Go to Equally, if not even more important is to contact friends and family in so called Battle Ground States. Pa., Ohio, Virginia, Carolina, Wisconsin, Colorado, Florida, etc. are all vital to success on election day. I will likely be involved in pro Trump activities, even though he was not my candidate. Anyone wishing to help can contact me at njgunfun@gmail.com Trump Meeting Thursday Sept 22nd 7 PM Town and Country Inn Keyport Brent Sonnek-Schmelz is running against Anti 2 nd Amendment Frank Pallone in the 6 th
