1 BIOGRAPHY General Carter F. Ham, U.S. Army, Retired General Ham is the president and chief executive officer of the Association of the United States Army. He is an experienced leader who has led at every level from platoon to geographic combatant command. He is also a member of a very small group of Army senior leaders who have risen from private to four-star general. General Ham served as an enlisted infantryman in the 82nd Airborne Division before attending John Carroll University in Cleveland, Ohio. Graduating in 1976 as a distinguished military graduate, his service has taken him to Italy, Germany, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, Qatar, Iraq and, uniquely among Army leaders, to over 40 African countries in addition to a number of diverse assignments within the United States. He commanded the First Infantry Division, the legendary Big Red One, before assuming duties as director for operations on the Joint Staff at the Pentagon where he oversaw all global operations. His first four-star command was as commanding general, U.S. Army Europe. Then in 2011, he became just the second commander of United States Africa Command where he led all U.S. military activities on the African continent ranging from combat operations in Libya to hostage rescue operations in Somalia as well as training and security assistance activities across 54 complex and diverse African nations. General Ham retired in June of 2013 after nearly 38 years of service. Immediately prior to joining the staff at AUSA, he served as the chairman of the National Commission on the Future of the Army, an eight-member panel tasked by the Congress with making recommendations on the size, force structure and capabilities of the Total Army. He resides with his wife, Christi, in Arlington, Virginia.

2 U.S. Army Contracting Command Maj. Gen. James E. Simpson Commanding General Maj. Gen. James E. Simpson is the Commanding General, U.S. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal, AL. He assumed command on Aug. 19, ACC, a subordinate command of Army Materiel Command, is comprised of two subordinate commands the U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command and the U.S. Army Expeditionary Contracting Command and six major contracting centers. ACC provides global contracting support to warfighters engaged in military operations, weapon system acquisition, life cycle management and sustainment and acquisition of goods and services vital to the Soldier's mission and well-being. Its workforce includes more than 6,000 military and civilian personnel at more than 100 locations worldwide. ACC awarded and managed more than 166,000 contract actions valued at nearly $57 billion in fiscal year General Simpson was commissioned in 1985 after graduating from Lander University in Greenwood, SC, as an ROTC distinguished military graduate, earning a bachelor s degree in Political Science. He has a master s in Public Administration from Central Michigan University and a master s in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He also earned a master s in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington, a certificate in Management from the Darden School of Business, University of Virginia; and a master s certificate in Government Contract Management from George Washington University. His military education includes the Air Defense Artillery Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, Combined Arms Services Staff School, Training with Industry, Command and General Staff College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. General Simpson is Level III certified in contracting and Level II certified in program management. Prior to assuming command of ACC, he was the Director of Contracting and the Deputy to the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Procurement. 3 Marie A. Greening, SES Chief Operations Officer, Defense Contract Management Agency Marie A. Greening is the Defense Contract Management Agency Chief Operations Officer. She is responsible for integrating 5 Operational commands and 9 Operational Units with the headquarters staff to ensure consistent, efficient and effective mission accomplishment that contributes to the military readiness of the United States and its allies. Other previous DCMA assignments include leading the 9,000-person U.S.-based operation comprised of 3 primary regions and the 3,400 person Aeronautical Division. In these roles she oversaw contract administration, production surveillance, engineering services and quality assurance oversight at more than 6,380 contractor locations throughout United States. She also held the position of Operations Management and Customer Relations Director and was responsible for quality assurance, industrial analysis, earned value, engineering and supply chain integration policy, training and mission support tools. Other executive assignments include: Program Manager of the $1.6 billion Navy/Marine Corps Intranet (the largest intranet in the world serving more than 650,000 users) and the overseas network, the One-Net Program; Naval Air Systems Command Product Support Department Head, where she was the Chief Logistician for all aircraft acquisition platforms, responsible for the sustainability of airframe, avionic and engine commodities; and, DCMA Contract Management Operations Deputy Executive Director. Ms. Greening started her government service at the Naval Aviation Depot, Cherry Point, N.C., providing engineering support to six different aircraft overhaul lines. She transferred to the NAVAIR F/A-18 Program Office where she served, more than ten years in a number of capacities including Configuration and Depot Programs Coordinator, Lead Structural Engineer and Sustainment Lead for domestic and international programs. She later was NAVAIR s first female civilian major program manager, procuring $300 million in new support equipment acquisitions per year and sustaining Naval Aviation's support inventory valued at more than $6 billion. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University and a Masters of Engineering from North Carolina State University. Ms Greening is a graduate of the NAVAIR s Senior Executive Management Development Program, the Defense Systems Management College s Advanced and Executive Program Managers' Courses and the Federal Executive Institute. 4 U.S. Army Contracting Command Kristan Mendoza, Executive Director Contracting Command- Warren, MI Kristan Mendoza is the Executive Director of the Army Contracting Command-Warren, and serves as the TACOM Management Command senior civilian procurement In this capacity, she advises the TACOM LCMC commanding general on the total acquisition process, to policy development, compliance and review, contract contract management and associated support. The center is headquartered in Warren, MI. Army Life Cycle authority. include pricing, Army Contracting Command-Warren ensures war-fighting readiness for the Soldier by providing contracting and acquisition support for combat and tactical vehicle systems, deployment and Soldier support equipment, and armaments. Ms. Mendoza directs more than 700 civilian and military personnel located at six geographic sites who administer in excess of $37 billion in active contracts. In fiscal year 2015, ACC-WRN executed 11,088 contracting actions totaling $6.3 billion in obligations. Ms. Mendoza is responsible for contracting offices located at Anniston Army Depot, Ala.; Red River Army Depot, Texas; Sierra Army Depot, Calif.; and Watervliet Arsenal, N.Y.; INSCOM Acquisition Center (IAC), Fort Belvoir, VA, in addition to the headquarters. Prior to becoming the ACC-WRN Executive Director, Ms. Mendoza served as the Civilian Deputy to Executive Director for the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island. In this capacity, she was the senior advisor to the Executive Director/PARC on strategic planning and policy issues for the center of approximately 560 personnel and yearly obligations of $12B-$14B. Ms. Mendoza also served as the Alternate Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting (PARC), and strategically positioned the Center for success by analyzing personnel and facility needs. She managed day-to-day operations of the Center, primarily focusing on contract execution. Ms. Mendoza has more than 30 years of acquisition experience including service as the Director, Contract Operations Directorate, Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, February 2012-September 2013; Acting Deputy Director, ACC-RI, and as the Director of Field Support Contracting, ACC-RI, June 2010-January 2012, and has been detailed through Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army- Procurement (DASA(P)) to the National Guard Bureau HQ in Arlington, VA. Prior to that, she held numerous other contracting positions including Branch and Division Chief, Logistics Civil Augmentation Program (LOGCAP) Contracting Branch, Army Sustainment Command/ACC-RI, Field Support Division. Ms. Mendoza graduated from Western Illinois University with a bachelor s degree in Accounting and earned a masters degree in Science from the Naval Post Graduate School. She is an Army Acquisition Corps member, and Level III certified in contracting. 5 Jeff Sorenson, Partner and President, A.T. Kearney Public Sector & Defense Services, LLC Jeff Sorenson is a Partner and President of the A.T. Kearney Public Sector & Defense Services, LLC within the North America Aerospace & Defense practice. Jeff retired as a Lieutenant General with more than 20 years of program acquisition experience. He successfully developed, procured and delivered over 30 different military systems with diverse technologies ranging from battlefield intelligence automation systems to tactical signal intelligence equipment to night vision and tactical missile systems for aviation, vehicle and individual platforms to large scale enterprise network and tactical communication systems. In his last job as the Army s Chief Information Officer (CIO)/G6, he transformed Army global network information technology systems to enhance business and warfighting command, control and communication capabilities. His consultant related work has focused primarily on cost reduction and strategic analyses of the Army s industrial base (OEMs, organic base, key vendors) for ground combat weapon and combat support vehicle systems plus an assessment of business operations at organic facilities to reduce the cost of operations. Additionally, he has worked on various strategic IT projects for a number of federal agencies with the primary goal of reducing the total ownership cost of IT and streamlining network operations. Jeff has been quoted and interviewed by several magazines including Defense Systems, Government Computer News, and Federal Computer Week. He was also selected as a 2010 Top 100 Federal Award winner by Federal Computer Week. Jeff is member of the Information Assurance Directorate Advisory Board for the National Security Agency and the Co-Chair of the Armed Forces Communication Electronic Association Cyber Subcommittee. He earned an M.B.A from Northwestern University, with concentration areas in finance, accounting and decision sciences. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy. A.T. 6 U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Directorate of Contracting, Washington, DC JOHN H. TEETSOV Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting- Winchester John Teetsov is Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting Winchester (PARC-WIN) for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Directorate of Contracting. Since July 2011, he has provided acquisition business advice and oversight to the contingency Transatlantic Division, Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity, Engineer Research and Development Center, Army Geospatial Center and the Huntsville Engineering and Support Center. Mr. Teetsov manages execution ranging from $ 3-5 billion annually in obligations with a diverse and geographically dispersed professional acquisition community of over 500 Contract Specialists/Procurement Analysts and COR professionals. Before joining the Directorate of Contracting, Mr. Teetsov was regional Chief of Contracts Office (CCO) for Naval Facilities Engineering Command s Europe Africa Southwest Asia Facilities Engineering Command. His office was responsible for the successful execution of contracted construction, professional engineering and facilities service for Navy, Department of Defense (DoD) and NATO forces throughout Europe, Southwest Asia and Africa. His office served eleven major DoD installations throughout EUCOM, CENTCOM, and AFRICOM Areas of Responsibility. Prior to serving as CCO at Europe Africa Southwest Asia Facilities Engineering Command, Mr. Teetsov provided business guidance at Naval Facilities Engineering Command s headquarters to the $ 5.2 billion annual Capital Improvements Program. In this role, he was responsible for direct policy, congressional liaison and mission support for the Navy design and construction acquisition program. He also served as Chair of the Defense Acquisition Regulation (DAR) Council Construction, Architect Engineer and Bonds Committee and supported the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Law Team on Construction, Design and Performance Bond in policy and regulatory issues. Mr. Teetsov started his career as a U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps officer (Seabee Combat Warfare Qualified) with specialty in Contract Management. He earned a Bachelor of Architecture from The Illinois Institute of Technology and a MBA from The University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business. He is DAWIA certified at Level III for Contracting and Acquisition. In addition to military experience including a decorated Operation Desert Storm/Shield deployment, he is a recipient of three Department of the Navy medals for Meritorious Civilian Service.

7 Alan L. Chvotkin Executive Vice President & Counsel Alan L. Chvotkin is the executive vice president and counsel of the Professional Services Council, the principal national trade association of the government professional and technical services industry, where he is responsible for the association s legislative and regulatory policy activity. Prior to joining PSC, he was a vice president of AT&T Government Services where he was responsible for managing key AT&T programs and opportunities. From 1986 to 1995, he was corporate director of government relations and senior counsel at Sundstrand Corporation. Chvotkin also has 13 years experience as a professional staff member on Capitol Hill, serving first as a staff member on the Senate Budget Committee and, later, the Senate Governmental Affairs Committee. He became counsel and staff director to the Senate Small Business Committee and then counsel to the Senate Armed Services Committee. Chvotkin is a member of the American, Supreme Court and District of Columbia Bar Associations and a fellow of the National Contract Management Association, where he serves on its national board of advisors. He is also a founding member and continuing leader of the federal contracting industry s Acquisition Reform Working Group, which was established in He also co-chairs the operating committee of the Council of Defense and Space Industries Association. For his service to the contracting community, he twice received the prestigious Fed 100 Award. He has a law degree from American University s Washington College of Law, a master s in public administration and a bachelor s in political science, both from American University. April 2013

8 Timothy Callahan, DCMA Executive Director for Contracts Timothy Callahan leads the Defense Contract Management Agency s efforts to develop policies and processes and equip personnel with training and other mission support tools as DCMA s executive director for contracts. He reports to the agency s director on all contract administration services matters. Prior to DCMA, Callahan served as senior vice president of contracts at S&K Technologies and provided guidance on the contract management activities of all five subsidiaries of the federally-chartered corporation. Callahan is also a former assistant VP and senior business area manager for Science Applications International Corp. He served the U.S. Air Force for close to three decades and served as deputy director of the Warner Robins Air Logistics Center s Contracting Directorate, where he held oversight over support services procurement functions for J-STARS and other missions. Callahan graduated from the University of the South, Oklahoma City University, the residence programs of Air War College and Air Command and Staff College, and earned his professional contracts manager certification in 1995.

PHILLIPS LTG(R) Phillips completed 38 years of service on1 June His most recent assignments included: Principle Military Deputy to the Assistant Secretary of the Army (Acquisition, Logistics and Technology, Director of Acquisition Career Management; Commanding General, Joint Contracting Command- Iraq/Afghanistan in Baghdad, Iraq; Commanding General, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ; Program Executive Officer Ammunition; and; Deputy PEO, Aviation, Redstone Arsenal, AL. LTG(R) Phillips entered active duty in 1976 as a Field Artillery Officer at Fort Sill, OK. Operational Assignments include: III Corps, 25 th Infantry Division, 2 nd Infantry Division, and Multi-National Force - Iraq. He has held acquisition leadership positions including: Chief of Contracting for JTF Bravo Honduras; Chief Longbow Apache Procurement; Chief of Flight Operations, DPRO Boeing Philadelphia; Commander, DPRO McDonnell Douglas, Huntington Beach; Director for Information Management, Assistant Secretary of the Army (RD&A); Commander, Defense Contract Management San Francisco; and Director Unit Set Fielding for the Army G-8. He holds a bachelor s degree from Middle Tennessee State University; Masters in Procurement and Materials Management, Webster University, and Masters of Personnel Management, Troy State. He is a graduate of the Defense Systems Management College and Industrial College of the Armed Forces. In 2001, he was named the Army s Acquisition Commander of the Year. In June 2014 he was inducted into the Defense Acquisition University Hall of Fame. LTG(R) Phillips is a native of Bell Buckle, Tennessee and is married to the former Marilyn Hopkins of Shelbyville, Tennessee.

10 U.S. Army Contracting Command Jay T. Carr, Executive Director Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, Ill. Mr. Jay T. Carr is the Executive Director and Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracting for the Army Contracting Command-Rock Island, a major contracting center of the U.S. Army Contracting Command. He serves as the center s senior civilian procurement authority, supporting the total contracting requirements of diverse customers including the U.S. Army Sustainment Command; the Joint Munitions & Lethality Life Cycle Management Command; the Program Executive Office-Ammunition; the Program Executive Office-Assembled Chemical Weapons Alternatives and Chemical Materials Agency; the Program Executive Office-Enterprise Information Systems; Program Manager-Apache; Army Central Command; U.S. Forces Afghanistan; Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan; Office of the Administrative Assistant for the Secretary of the Army; the Surface Deployment and Distribution Command; and the Office of the Program Manager-Saudi Arabian National Guard. In this position, he advises the commanding generals and executive officers of supported commands and activities on the total contracting process. 11 Byron Bright, Senior Vice President KBRwyle Government Services KBR, Inc. Byron Bright is the business leader for the Logistics Business Unit of KBRwyle, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the publically traded company KBR, Inc. focused on U.S. Government services. Under his diverse portfolio, he is responsible for the safe execution and delivery of some of the U.S. Government s most critical contracts offering an integrated set of globally-deployable capabilities in the areas of sustainment and contingency operations, logistics and maintenance, and supply chain management for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). With over 5,000 employees actively working in 14 different countries, Byron ensures delivery of the largest support contract in Africa, the largest support contract in Eastern Europe, and oversees maintenance of the largest portfolio of prepositioned stock for the U.S. Army and U.S. Marine Corps. He currently oversees LogCAP IV contracts in Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, and Eastern Europe supporting both Operation Inherent Resolve and Operation Atlantic Resolve. In addition to leading growth initiatives across this diverse portfolio, Byron supports the training and development of project teams, focusing on Business Development, Commercial Practices, and Risk Management issues. Byron graduated as a distinguished graduate from the U.S. Air Force Academy with a B.S. in Engineering Mechanics. He completed his master s degree at Georgia Tech earning a M.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on materials research. He spent 8 years as an officer in the Air Force primarily working in the Developmental Test and Engineering career field supporting weapons development and rotary wing aircraft flight test. Byron graduated from the U.S. Air Force Test Pilot School and has over 300 hours in a wide variety of aircraft as a Flight Test Engineer. He currently resides in Houston, Texas with his wife, Christy, and son, Max.

12 Kevin A. Leonard Senior Vice President, Facility and Logistics Services Kevin A. Leonard is the Senior Vice President for Facility and Logistics Services at Vectrus. He is responsible for the development and execution of short and long-term strategies aimed at growing the Facility & Logistics Services business. Coming most recently from Fluor, Kevin served as the Vice President of contingency operations for Fluor Government Group. In this role, his responsibilities included the strategic planning and global execution of services supporting commercial clients, the U.S. federal government and select foreign governments. His team supported a diverse set of clients to include the DoD (U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Marine Corps, and U.S. Central Command), Homeland Security, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency. Kevin is also a retired U.S. Army Major General with a distinguished 33-year career leading complex transportation and logistics organizations. Following his military career, Kevin served as the Director of Launch Operations for Amazon, where he assembled a launch team and successfully delivered eight new fulfillment centers in a four month period. This accomplishment resulted in significant savings with respect to resources, manpower and cycle time. Kevin earned his MBA from Oklahoma City University and has a master s degree in strategic studies from the U.S. Army War College. Kevin was awarded The Distinguished Alumni award at Emporia State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science. In 2014, Kevin was the recipient of the prestigious NDIA "Logistician Emeritus" award for his work at countering the IED threat in Southwest Asia, and he continues to serve as a sitting member of the Defense Science Board studying "survivable logistics" for the Secretary of Defense.

13 Julian M. Setian President and Chief Executive Officer Julian Setian has worked as a senior executive in the defense and government services sector for more than 20 years. He joined SOSi in 1995 and has served as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) since Since then, he is credited with growing the company from $3 million to nearly $200 million in revenue. Having joined the company in its early development, Mr. Setian acquired numerous years of hands-on experience managing large programs for the Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Treasury, Department of Justice, Department of Homeland Security and Intelligence Community. He now leads a global enterprise with nearly 1,000 full-time employees and experience in more than 30 countries worldwide. Mr. Setian earned a bachelor's degree in political science from Columbia University. He serves on the boards of multiple non-profit organizations, including the Professional Services Council (PSC) and Lead with Languages, and is a member of Business Executives for National Security, the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) and the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

14 Lauren Schmidt Defense Innovation Unit Experimental Lauren Schmidt is the Senior Director, Pathways at the Defense Innovation Unit Experimental (DIUx), located in Mountain View, CA. In this position, she developed a first-of-its-kind rapid acquisition mechanism called the Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO), which leverages Other Transaction authorities to execute fast, flexible, and collaborative deals with top-tier technology companies across the country. As a result of her work, DIUx has deployed over $45M to over 20 companies over the past nine months in areas as diverse as machine learning, autonomy, and commercial space. Ms. Schmidt sets and manages the innovative acquisition strategy for DIUx, which aims to fundamentally change the way the Department of Defense does business. Helmerson was selected for the Senior Executive Service in November She is assigned to Headquarters, U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command and serves as the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-8 (Resource Management). As Deputy Chief of Staff, G- 8 (Resource Management), she serves as the Chief Financial Officer administering resources supporting 32 schools organized under eight Centers of Excellence, each focused on a separate area of expertise within the Army. (Dick) Formica retired from the United States Army on 30 September 2013 after 36 years of service. He was a career field artillery/fire support officer with experience in leadership, operations, and training. He has senior executive level experience in force management and space and missile defense. He served as the Commanding General, Combined Security Transition Command Afghanistan; Commanding General, III (US) Corps Artillery with duty as Joint Fires and Effects Coordinator/Force Field Artillery Commander in Multi-National Corps Iraq; Deputy Director Political Military Affairs (NATO/Europe) on the Joint Staff; and as the Director of Force Management for the U.S. Army. 17 Lamont Woody Director of Future Operations, Contingency Operations Fluor Government Group Lamont Woody joined Fluor Government Group in 2013 as Director of Project Execution for the Contingency Operations (CONOPS) business line. As such, he was responsible for developing plans to provide logistics, construction, and base life support services for existing and proposed contingency missions supporting the U.S. military and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Two years later, he was appointed Director of Future Operations for CONOPS and is responsible for developing and executing the business line s strategy for new business. Woody retired from the U.S. Army in January 2009 as a colonel following a distinguished 30-year career of military service. As a retired U.S. Army officer, Woody brings over 20 years of practical experience developing and executing logistics, construction, and engineering services for global military operations in support of natural disasters, migrant operations, peacekeeping missions, and combat operations. Woody began his military career as an airman in the U.S. Air Force, serving in Korea and Japan, and then transferred to the Army as a commissioned officer in While in the Army, his assignments included leadership positions with the 1st Battalion 509th Infantry Regiment (Airborne) in Vicenza, Italy, Multinational Force Observers in Egypt, and the 1st Special Forces Detachment (DELTA). He supported humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, and combat support missions in Panama, Somalia, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Afghanistan. Additionally, he coordinated contingency support operations to the UN Mission Assistance for Rwanda, UN Transitional Authority in Cambodia, Operation Sea Signal in Cuba, and Stabilization Forces in Bosnia-Herzegovina. Moran Vice President, Army Systems Defense, Space and Security Government Operations James Jamey Moran, U.S. Army Brigadier General (Retired), is Vice President, Army Systems, Defense, Space and Security, for Boeing Government Operations. He joined the company in 2010, following successful positions with Northrop Grumman and Elbit, and a distinguished career with the U.S. Army. Moran brings to Boeing proven capabilities in strategic planning, program management, technology development and systems integration. He has extensive systems experience having served as a Space Systems Engineer and as a Project Manager for three different programs: an Air Defense System, a Command and Control System, and the Army s Tank Systems. Formerly Lieutenant Colonel Louisa Long Cullem, she served in the Women s Army Corps (WAC) and the U.S. Army Reserves for 28 years. 26 Shay D. Assad Defense Pricing Mr. Shay Assad assumed the role of Director of Defense Pricing in June of He is responsible for contract pricing matters within the Department of Defense (DoD). He serves as the principal advisor to the Under Secretary of Defense for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics (USD AT&L) and the Defense Acquisition Board on acquisition & procurement negotiation strategies for all major weapon systems programs, and major automated information systems programs. He is responsible for assisting the USD AT&L in the implementation of the Department s Better Buying Power initiatives. Mr. Assad is DoD s senior advisor for all program related contract negotiation matters, to include multiyear contracting. He also serves as co-leader and proponent of the Pricing and Contracting Community within the Department of Defense. Upon graduating with distinction from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1972, he served two tours of duty aboard U.S. Navy destroyers and won recognition as the Outstanding Junior Officer, Fifth Naval District. He then served as a Naval Procurement Officer at the Naval Sea Systems Command. In 1978, Mr. Assad began working for the Raytheon Company. He was promoted to Vice President Director of Contracts for Raytheon in 1994, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President, Contracts in As such, he was responsible for the contract negotiation and administration activities ($20 Billion) in all of Raytheon's businesses both government and commercial. In addition to his contracting duties, Mr. Assad was given numerous program and business management special assignments by Raytheon's Executive Office.
