Military personnel take part in the meetings that bring together the leadership from the three levels of government to address issues related to organized crime, public security, crime incidence and high impact crimes. 215: 724 meetings. 216 (until August): 426 meetings. The Secretariat of National Defence has DN-III-E lan as a military operational tool, which provides guidelines for activities to help civilians affected by any kind of phenomenon that results in a disaster.
