The major problem,.. shared Withi.other JilaNang"..based"bat_taJ.llons, which persisted for the first five mon"ths of the deployment, was an insufficient backlog of ver-tical construction, which inhibited most effective job planning, work scheduling, and manpower utilization. Other significant problems, such as heavy monsoon rains, and lack of spare parts support for certain new equipments.shipped to the battalion, likewise were not unique to NMCB 58 on this deployment.
